Stayed Jul 1, 2025We arrived at 4 had the lock box code but couldn’t get it opened. Call host Mary and left message. Waited for an hour for a call back tried multiple times to get the lock box opened Even had the neighbors try. Finally went to the front desk and they gave us another number to call after being told to bang hard on the box it opened. I never heard from the host That was a shame because the condo was nice and after the hassle of getting in the rest of the trip was good .
