Stayed Jul 20, 2025Check-in was very continent. The kids and their family arrived at different times and instructions were accurate and helpful for everyone. We do cook while we visit places. The kitchen had all the amenities you need for a stay with 7 adults and kids 10,8,6, and 7 months. The room and sometimes space for quiet time was perfect. Earlier morning coffee on the balcony enjoying the wildlife was a bonus.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024We rent a house in this neighborhood every year for our annual ski trip. This house is one of our favorites! Super comfortable and the floor plan is amazing! It has a large and very well-equipped kitchen; large family room and all of the bedrooms are very spacious and have en suites. The bonus 100 ft sledding hill directly behind the house was a special surprise! I would definitely recommend this property! 5 Stars!!!

Stayed Dec 26, 2023We absolutely loved the house. It was in a perfect location for our two families of 5 to enjoy skiing both Park City and Deer Valley and enjoying the town. Plenty of room, very clean, and easy to rent/access. We would definitely rent this house again.

Stayed Jan 13, 2023We had a wonderful stay, the house was great. There were mule deer just hanging out in the trees in the backyard, so amazing to watch. Close to everything, clean and truly a stress free stay. If you go when it is snowing you will want 4 wheel drive.
