Spectacular Lake Home Gated Upscale Neighborhood Very Beautiful Setting

Excellent home, great stay and family enjoyed it - awesome time had by all.

Perfect for our large family yearly vacation! ALL the amenities and more. Mike was awesome and super easy to be in touch with….even needed a quick fix at the dock and he had a handyman there within an hour. Gorgeous home and property, quiet neighborhood and cove! We’ll be back for sure!

We had a pleasant stay at this Lakehouse. This is a beautiful location and plenty to do, including boating, lake activities such as swimming, fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking. The indoor pool & ping pong table were a hit. All of our children from age 3-12 years old said they had the best of time! Even grandma of 91 had a quiet and peaceful time as the home is spacious & offers plenty of sitting areas. We had a couple maintenance hiccups that were taking care of swiftly. Will definitely book again in the fall!

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The home was the best-equipped rental any of us has ever stayed at, and we were so grateful for the pantry staples and kitchen amentities. The property was beautiful and private, and just the perfect place to relax. We also really appreciated the option to rent a pontoon, which was perfect for our family. We had the best time! Our only recommendation might be to indicate clearly that there are sorted recycling facilities available at the garbage drop off station. We would have been sorting our recyclables and collecting them separately if we had known. (This did not take away from our wonderful experience—merely sharing as a suggestion!)

This is an amazing lake house spacious and beautiful. We had a great time cooking and gathering in the large well-equipped kitchen. The porches overlooking the lake are awesome and great for morning coffee and watching the sun rise or gathering at night listening to music. All of the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and bedding. I recommend adding the pontoon boat to your rental. We took the boat out 2 of the days we were there and had a great time tubing and finding a quiet cove to swim in. The floats and wake boards are also fun around the boat dock. The landscaping around the house is also well maintained and beautiful. We also spent many hours in the large family room downstairs playing pool, ping pong and foosball. My family and friends look forward to returning to 78 Barefoot Bay in the future and would highly recommend this house for you next escape.

The home's position back off the lake & in a quiet cove made it a very retreat-like atmosphere. I enjoyed waking up rocking in a chair on the back porch watching the sun rise along the water. It was a very nice place to stay!

This home exceeded our expectations! Mike and Gina have gone above and beyond insuring that you will have a pleasant stay at their home. It's very clean, tidy and has a very cozy feel to it. It's like you're visiting a close friend or relative. The beds are very comfy with nice linens and multiple pillows to choose from. They have labeled everything in the house for ease of use. The kitchen and pantry are very well stocked, along with some sweet surprises for our little girls! There were 13 of us, ranging in age from 4 years old up to 66. We were able to prepare 3 meals a day for everyone. The kitchen is equipped to feed and serve a large group or family without any problems. Be sure to take advantage of the Traeger Pellet Grill! My sons smoked 6 racks of ribs one day and a pork butt on another. All of the basics that you need in a lake home are there: soap, detergents, well equipped laundry room, 2 refrigerators, a keurig and a coffee maker, bath/kitchen/beach towels, water toys/blowups/ kayak/ paddle boards, games, etc., etc. The backporch was our go to spot for morning coffee and evening chats. The dock was a great place to hangout, swim and play. We took advantage of the pontoon boat and rented it for two days. We had a blast! All the grandkids were able to go tubing for the first time and they loved finding secluded beaches for us to pull up to for some swim time. I could go on and on! So many good memories were made during our stay! Thank you, Mike & Gina!

Family and Friends Memorial Day Trip...this property is meant for the true lake entertainer. This home has everything that you could possibly need and the home management is like your personal concierge. Everything is labeled with full instructions. You settle in fast and never want to leave. We can't wait to return. True 5 star experience.

We absolutely loved this beautiful lake house! We celebrated our daughter’s Graduation from Clemson, her Birthday & Mother’s Day! Lots of good times & memories with family & friends! Mike was an amazing host and very responsive with any questions we had! The house is very comfortable and well appointed offering many things to do or just relax by the outdoor fireplace! By far the best lake house we have stayed at the past 4 years. We would highly recommended this lake house & would definitely rent again! Thank you!

An amazing property that was beautiful inside and out! Our annual Labor Day gathering is always a special time for us with family and friends but this year was spectacular because this home had everything we needed and so much more to offer with the on site pontoon boat rental, pool table, ping pong, foosball and a well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend this property for a gorgeous and peaceful lakefront luxury vacation!
