Spectacular home with Pool, New 8 seater Golf Cart, elevator, with easy access to beach

Wonderful house! Our visit was not much of a beach vacation, as we managed to time our stay with the convergence of 2 large low pressure systems that caused flooding in Virginia and New Jersey. All that to say, we could not have been house-bound in a better spot. The house was clean and thoughtfully laid out, a great place for my wife and I, our teenage girls, and my son, his wife, and toddler! If we come back to Oak Island, I will try to book this house again!

This house was perfect for our family! We had a great time and really enjoyed our time at the pool and rides on the golf cart. My dad is handicapped and the elevator was perfect to help him get around. We will be staying here again!

This house had everything for our family vacation! Close to the beach, golf cart, pool, and plenty of room for the whole family. We definitely plan to stay here again!

A great stay! Loved the golf cart!

Location to beach great, house gorgeous, layout of house great. Garbage removal needs improved Prior tentants trash in bins for days growing flys, which became a issue inside home and smell was very strong! Outdoor shower Flows into pool Which causes pool to become very sandy. Golf cart has very squeeky brakes.

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Dreamboat! The house was fully stocked with all the kitchen necessities and was wonderfully laid out. The pool, although very small, was great for 2-3 adults and our 2 youngest family members to have fun splashing around. The property manager promptly responded to all our questions leading up to and during our stay. The icing on the cake was the large golf cart that included a paid parking pass for “resident beach parking”. Getting to and from the beach was a breeze but definitely recommend using the 70th street beach access. Thanks for offering such a wonderful property!

We had a wonderful week on Oak Island. The house was a nice size for the 12 of us. The whole family enjoyed the pool and golf cart amenities. The island had a great atmosphere, especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach and town. We did feel that there were a couple things in the house that required a little more attention. We made property management aware of some issues on the first day as we were settling in. Very prompt response from management regarding pool cleaning and was handled the following afternoon. All and all we had a great week staying in a great house.

Dream Boat was absolutely perfect for our vacation between 2 families. The location was great and an easy walk to the beach. The golf cart was the best!! We had so much fun riding around the island! Will definitely considering coming back here!

Great location and very clean.

This wonderful rental was everything you could want for a home away from home! Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the home was exceptionally clean, spacious and has everything listed in the home's biography. It is also within walking distance to the beaches and a short drive or golf cart ride to local attractions and restaurants. We would definitely rent this home again!

Amazing house! Clean, and beautiful! total of 6 ladies stayed here and we had plenty of space. We loved having the pool and the golf cart! Commuinication with the management team was top notch!! We would definitely stary here again!!

My family recently stayed at the Dream Boat and it exceeded all our expectations! The home was exceptionally clean, well stocked with baby necessities and beach items, and the property management was extremely responsive to all our questions. Before arriving, we received a call that the golf cart was broken, however rest assured iTrip management made sure we had a replacement before we even arrived. The house had everything to offer for our family of 10 and we had so much space, we never felt cramped up. We particularly enjoyed all the beach equipment provided, including the sand toys and cooler, you seriously do not have to pack anything! We enjoyed using the grill provided and outdoor shower by the pool as well. Having kids with us, the door alarms for the pool area provided us with so much peace of mind for keeping our kids safe. The neighborhood was so relaxed and quiet and all the locals were extremely friendly. We loved the convenient location to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. Would highly recommend this house to anybody and we hope to stay again!

This house is perfect! It’s completely accurate to what it lists and has everything you need. We had 4 adults and 2 children and everyone was very pleased. We’d never been to Oak Island before, but loved the area as well. With the golf cart, you never have to go very far your entire trip if you don’t want to. The beach is beautiful and very clean too. If you’re on the fence, book it!

Great location. Great house and amenities for young kids.

We had a MARVELOUS time at Dream Boat!! The beds were so comfortable, the house was so spacious, the kid toys were so thoughtful, and the golf cart was so convenient!! We will definitely be back! ;)
