Spectacular Healdsburg Manor-4BR/4.5BA, POOL+2 SPA!

Shante, the host, was very nice and easy to work with, and she made a genuine effort to address our needs. The property itself is beautiful, very well maintained, secluded, and mostly private. The manor is well appointed.However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. There was an ongoing ant problem in the kitchen and the main bedroom’s en suite bathroom. We had to be very careful, as any food left out would quickly be overrun with ants, which became frustrating.Nighttime temperatures were in the high 40s, with daytime temperatures in the high 50s to low 60s. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the house never felt adequately warm, and several guests were uncomfortable.The upstairs layout includes three bedrooms that share a single bathroom. This may work for a family, but it was not ideal for multiple couples, and one couple canceled their trip after learning of this arrangement.Exterior lighting at night was very limited. Due to neighbor complaints, light bulbs around the in-law unit had been removed. Shante kindly had flashlights delivered so guests could navigate the exterior stairs safely, but better lighting would have been preferable.Overall, the experience was good, but it did not fully meet my expectations.

Was cold and rainy during the week so didn't get around to using the pool. Plenty of space for our party of 8. Close to town and many restaurants and wineries.

I would have put 5 stars, but we had some issues: outdoor lights not working (requiring an electrician coming), the AC broke (requiring HVAC tech to come), one dishwasher dead (there are two, so ok): I spent a lot of time texting and calling the property manager. The pool was't very clean, and we could not control the hottub. The positive thing is that the property manager reacted quickly.

Fun and relaxing.

Our group of 10 stayed at this house for a week. It is a lovely place and very well appointed and comfortable. However, there were many broken or non functioning aspects (outdoor lights, dishwasher, umbrellas, outdoor chairs..). We were able to fix several and it did not overly impact our stay. The property manager was extremely prompt and responsive in resolving concerns. The kitchen is amazing and a wonderful place to cook together. The location is great. We were there during an excessively hot time and the pool was delightful.

We loved the pool and the game room a lot. We all had fun playing bocce ball. The property manager was very responsive for any requests we made.

The house is amazing with so many things to do on property - pool, hot tub, game room, etc. The home is conveniently located to both Napa and Sonoma. The landscape on the property is GORGEOUS. The property manager is super responsive.

This house was absolutely perfect for our corporate retreat! The booking, checking in, checking out, closing process was all incredibly easy. The team was very friendly and easy to work with at Birdsong. The house... absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could want in a beautiful getaway. Pool, spas, firepit, games... the beds were ridiculously comfy, the kitchen well stocked with equipment- I never wanted to leave! I will be recommending this location to anyone who is looking for the perfect wine country getaway!
