Spectacular Dog Friendly 2nd Row New Home with Amazing Ocean Views, Large Pool and Elevator

Fabulous beach getaway for the whole family.

We had a lovely stay at The Sea Prize rental home. We had a few issues at the beginning of the week with the elevator and the oven but James from iTrip was super responsive and helpful. The home was very accommodating and spacious. We appreciated the amount of seating available on the patio. The only two things we would have changed was wishing the pool fencing extended farther out so that we could more easily let our dogs out. We also had issues with the thermostat changing back to the set temperature throughout the stay. Oh, and we couldn't find a wine opener!The complaints were tiny though and overall our stay was truly fantastic. The access to the beach and overall state of the house made it a wonderful stay.

The house was comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked (except there was no wine opener). The pool was great!! It was near restaurants and shopping (5-10 minute drive). The beach was just a few minutes walk. We loved the front porch with lots of chairs! Highly recommended!The only suggestions we have are: no pool lights, stovetop right front burner not working, no mattress covers under thin sheets, and no kitchen towels.

Great property and well equipped.

The Sea Prize beach rental was among the best we have had for our week at Oak Island. The house was well located with beach access across the street. Our pool was clean and refreshing. The house was clean, beds made and with plenty of towels. The kitchen was the best stocked with cookware, bakeware, utensils, glasses, etc. I was so impressed! We did have a problem with the elevator on day 1, and the management came within 15 minutes and solved the problem. They quickly fixed a stove issue, thanks to the skills of one of the managers. I would highly recommend this home for a lovely beach week.

Terrific house. Everything was comfortable and clean. Plenty of space inside and the porches were very pleasant. It was a hot week but we could always find the breeze and shade. Beach access very convenient and the pool was great for the kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sea Prize! The location of the house was perfect for our family. The access to the beach is good, and our family enjoyed our daily walks to the pier for ice cream. We also enjoyed the pool, which was a nice size. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We did have a maintenance need and the management company responded quickly.

Outstanding accommodations and a great location in Oak Island. We had one minor issue and James and the iTrip team responded immediately.

This is our second year in the same house with our grown kids and grandchildren!! Everything was absolutely wonderful, as we were all leaving the grandkids wanted to make sure we were coming back next year!!!

The property was great and the location was perfect.

Had a quick & detailed response each time I had a question prior to our arrival, home was perfect for our family of adults (20’s- 80’s) & conveniently located to everything. Loved all the chairs on covered porch. The only request would be to please replace the large rug in the primary BR downstairs - this is a pet friendly property & it has seen better days. A very lovely stay & would stay again

The house, furnishings, private pool, view, location—all superb! We stayed Saturday to Saturday and wish now that we had signed up for two weeks instead of one. Our adult children and their spouses all agree—-we haven’t had a better week anywhere since we started our annual summertime family vacations about 6 years ago. The TV’s are superb. One small glitch on the main TV programming the day before leaving & James came right away and fixed. We had a lot of rain and when an island saturated, the bugs seek high ground. Again, we called and James came right away, sprayed, and bugs no more! It’s just a super gorgeous place! If we had anything to add, it would be flood lights out back so at night since the pool doesn’t have internal lighting, the floods would help us keep swimming well into the darkness of night. But that’s a NICE to have, not a NEED to have suggestion. We WILL rent again, probably next summer!

We had a really great week. The location of the house great. It is a short drive from stores and a quick walk across the street to the beach. We did have some issues with ants in the kitchen/powder room.

My family and I spent a week at the Sea Prize. It was such a wonderful experience. Close access to the beach plus a great pool in the backyard to cool off in. The house is gorgeous and the elevator made it so much easier for my mom to not have to use the stairs. Definitely looking forward to planning another trip.

The house was a perfect location. Easy to get to the beach with little ones. The pool was a great bonus as well. Great size house with lots of beds for large families. Property manger was great with quick responses and able to answer lots of questions. The only downfall I would say of this house was the cleaning service. The house was not cleaned very well. There was food and dog hair in chairs, couches and under the couches. Toilets and showers needed to be scrubbed better. I would also have really enjoyed better shade at the pool. Overall the house was great. Our family would definitely come back and stay again in the future.

We loved our first trip to Oak Island. This home was well equipped to accommodate 4 families including 8 adults and 7 kids between the ages of 2-7. The itrip management team was excellent - anticipating our every need!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Prize! Might want to watch out for an Ant & Cockroach exterminator….. we had a lot!!! The pool was great but was cloudy and dingy when we arrived and never cleared up. Great location and clean except for the bugs.
