Spectacular Craftsman Home w Perfect Backyard Oasis - POOL & GOLF CART

Home was clean and just as described! Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Big beautiful kitchen with all necessary accessories. Internet worked fantastic the entire time. Beds were comfy. The star of the show is the swimming pool and back porch. We spent a majority of our time out there. The pool is the perfect size and the fountains/lights made it even more exciting. Outdoor kitchen was fantastic. Very close proximity to the beach, could easily walk. Golf cart was an added bonus and we enjoyed exploring the area in it. Host was very responsive to any questions/ concerns.

This home is just as pictured online, has a spacious floor plan and plenty of space for family/friends to entertain. Property is clean and aesthetic is pure beach! Very comfortable stay with no hassles, simple instructions for check in/out, and the location is near Thomas Donuts, Pier Park, and is ideal for a quieter experience than the more crowded areas east and west of its location. Nice neighborhood for morning walks, and the saltwater pool has a ledge for sitting, plenty of lounge furniture, and the lights are fabulous in the evening. Outdoor kitchen area, bathroom, and shower are a plus! We would stay here again!

It was great to have a bedroom for our grandchildren aged 4 - 7. They called it their clubhouse 😊. We loved the patio space with the grill, large table, ceiling fans, and flat screen TV. The neighborhood seems to be in transition, was quiet and very safe. The home was pretty clean, minus some dust bunnies under beds and dust on the ceiling fans. The interactions with customer service was great.

Host was great and communicated when needed! House was clean and perfect for our families!

Let me start by saying the house is amazing. Very spacious and more than enough room for everyone. The host was good. I will say this. On the listing it does not say the golf cart has to be rented for the entire stay and also the pool heat has to be paid for the entire stay. During our stay however we did in fact pay for the pool heat which did not work the first few days. Had to call this in several times and our last two nights were awesome when the heat actually worked. The twin bed bunk room is not meant to hold 4 adults due to the fact that we were told the upper beds had a weight limit of 100lbs. Also the ceiling fans were hard to control. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating.

This home was very clean which is very hard to find. Check in process was swift. Backyard was stunning and the pool was very well kept. Only negative is we wanted to extend our stay an additional night but the host responded past check out time and we had already booked another stay for the night. Would def book again if in the area.

This property had everything we needed plus more. The pool was amazing for the kids, even the deeper end (5ft or so) had seating area in the pool. There was an outdoor shower and hose making sand easy to deal with. The outdoor bathroom with AC was super convenient for avoiding wet feet in the house during pool time. Everything was spacious, comfortable and spotless in this house. Let's not forget how close this house is to the beach, literally right down the street you have beach access and Thomas Donuts right in front. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to FL!

We loved being able to rent the golf cart and the pool!! Wow! It was so awesome to have a bathroom outside with the 3 preschoolers. We will for sure be coming back. If you have young, old or active friends and family this is the house! Also, if your group is foodies like mine the kitchen and grill area is where they will want to be.
