The hot tub was amazing and the views were spectacular! Great house

Very clean. Great place. We had no problems. The kitchen has a coffee maker but no coffee or condiments. That is true for the fridge too. Which is fine but good to know, hope this review helps someone plan. We would definitely stay again.

Hot tub and location were great. The house was spacious and clean. TVs were not Smart Tvs. One remote operated both upstairs and basement TV.

We were immediately greeted by a herd of deer when we arrived! Then we headed inside and the property and it was even nicer than the pics. A fully appointed kitchen made all the cooking and cleaning for Christmas feel like home. The beds were comfy, the hot tub was great and the game/TV area was perfect.

What a great place! So clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Great location between Bailey and Conifer. We only stayed 2 nights, as we were attending a wedding. Would love to come back in the summer months. Saw so many deer right outside. It was the perfect mountain home away from home.

Home was very nice. We did spend much of our time on the outside deck. Oct 9-16th. We are getting a tad older & found the stairs, hard. Everything goes up. Location is super - we had a great stay.

Everything is wonderful. It did require stairs to go from level to level so you may want to keep that in mind.

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin is great, the location is quiet but we were close enough to Bailey or Conifer that we could get supplies and food. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the wildlife roam around. We are going to stay again for sure

Red rock is amazing

Beautiful house with decks, hot tub and wonderful view. A small balcony off the upper level was the perfect spot to see the stars. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen was fully equipped with top end appliances. Very comfortable beds. Communication with Steve was great. A short gravel road delivers you to this gem of a getaway. A special perk is the garage which allows your car a space from the changeable Colorado weather. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing, easy, spotless, comfortable picturesque

Had an awesome time at this house in Bailey, CO. Check in process was simple, and host communicated quickly whenever we had questions. House was super clean, had a outdoor hammock, hot tub, grill, a nice loft upstairs and large windows. Had plenty of towels, plates, utensils, etc. Had clear instructions on the garbage/trash process. Not sure if they didn't have it or if we just couldn't find it, but we ended up buying dish soap for the house and a sponge to wash dishes. The rooms were great and gave you that cozy mountain home vibe. Overall awesome house and we'll consider staying here again next time we're in Colorado.

The house is well kept up and the owner was pleasant. This property does not provide things such as shampoo etc so be sure to bring your own. The only thing the owner requested was for us to put trash in the dumpster before leaving and replace the trash bag so we put dishes in the dishwasher, started it, and put our towels in the washer as other rentals have had us do in the past. The home is so lovely it felt wrong to leave anything lying around. If you love that true cabin feel this place is definitely for you! The wood stairs (so gorgeous), layout and decor (so many stunning live plants) really brings the outside in. As some have stated, there are two bedrooms downstairs and one has to be walked through from the other to get to the bathroom. Don't let this deter you because you aren't going entirely through the room. We're family though so we didn't mind and the bedrooms are both beautiful. We have been renting places near Conifer, Evergreen, and Bailey for almost a decade and this one we would definitely rent again.

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this beautiful mountain home! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking — we loved waking up to the sunrise over the trees and ending the day in the hot tub. It was the perfect mix of peaceful and romantic, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend for couples looking to unwind and reconnect in nature. We’d definitely love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Close to Denver but still in the mountains. In a neighborhood with a private feeling. Great and quick communication. The hot tube was our favorite part!

The cabin was beautiful, well appointed, had everything I needed, super comfortable, furniture and amenities were great ... and it is literally 10 steps from the river. Great hosts ... great value. Will def be back!

This is a beautiful mountain home that is extremely comfortable and accommodates all of your needs. The bed was comfortable, extremely clean, very quiet. Great hot tub on the deck. Also has a single car garage which is perfect when it is snowing. This is a go to place. We even had deer quests outside of the big picture windows on a couple mornings.

We stayed at this lovely home as a way to celebrate Christmas and the end of 2024. The place was wonderfully appointed, comfortable, and just what we hoped it would be. We loved the location and when we weren’t driving into Bailey or conifer for coffee, or walking down the roads and listening to the wind in the trees, we found the upstairs loft the perfect place to relax. The couches were comfortable, the WiFi was solid, the kitchen was perfect and the beds were great. We’ve already talked about returning next year! The perfect retreat on such a short drive from Denver

We LOVED this rental, from the location to the amenities. Really a fabulous place. We had to leave suddenly one day early due to Hurricane Milton coming in for our Florida home. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful well appreciated cabin with welcoming decor and plants to make for a comfortable stay. We visited in late September at the peak of golden aspen season. We attended a Wedding, visited Golden Colorado, toured the Coors Brewery, Hiked Red Trail, went to a Rookies baseball game, visited Denver Botanical Gardens,Wings over the Rockies and the Denver Art Museum. Around the cabin we saw Elk, Deer and numerous colorful birds. I would recommend the City Pass if you plan to see the Gardens and Museums. Our first trip to the Rockies was a memorable retreat!

Very comfortable and cozy, well beyond the expectations. Exceeds what would be expected at that price point, and, if I ever needed to go back to Bailey, CO, I would stay there again without hesitation.

The cabin was exactly what we expected and we enjoyed our time there. The area was easy to get to and so quiet and peaceful.

Unfortunately, I had a last minute family emergency and could not attend; I did however experience the beauty vicariously through my daughter☺️ She and her friend had a fabulous time. The property is exquisite, the wildlife spectacular, the hot tub - their favorite spot. All around perfect mini vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked this house for my wife and I, because we drove from Saint Louis for a show at Red Rocks. This place was absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice; the views, the wildlife, the interior and exterior are stunning! Wish we could have done a whole week, but alas, we have 4 children we needed to get back home to, I would recommend this home to anyone a million times over! Steve even texted me to make sure we got in ok and that everything was up to our standards. Thanks again for everything!

Loved the decor. Nice cabin feel with all the comforts of home. Enjoyed watching the doe that visited us on several days. Good play areas for kids, both outside and inside. We mostly used the home for dinner and evenings, and did hiking and fishing nearby on a family-owned ranch during the day.

The pictures were a bit misleading. It was disappointing to discover that one of the bedrooms was actually in a living area with zero privacy. Friends in the bedroom next to te living area had to walk through our area to gain access tonthe washroom. Anyone awake and walking around upstairs was easily heard as there were no walls and the staircase to upstairs eas part of the sleeping area. Also odd was the fact that the eating area was upstairs from the kitchen and cooking area. Overall, the property was well kept and we enjoyed our stay. Our group has been fruends for iver 49 years abd allowed us tonivercome any awkwardness of the lack of privacy. It should probably be spelled out better for future guests.
