Spectacular Beachfront House with Pool

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home! It was in a perfect gorgeous location - the view is amazing. I would definitively choose this home again - it had everything we wanted and more.

This is a beautiful house with all the amenities you will need. The bay side is always fun watching for wild life. We saw stingrays, dolphins and manatees. Of course lots of birds. My grandkids loved fishing and then swimming in the fantastic pool! Plenty of room in the house, but all the balconies were used every day. The sunset is beautiful from the crows nest too. We willReturn next year, that’s for sure.

My husband and I had our adult children, without the grandkids. It was perfect. The views of the bay were stunning, with dolphins giving us a show. The house was spacious, open, light, and equipped with everything you could possibly want on the water. Close to shops and great bike riding. The host was responsive and very helpful. we’ll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had issues with the hot tub heating on the first day and the property manager responded very quickly. The home was well appointed and in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again!

Only great things to say about our week in paradise at this home. The views are breathtaking and everything in the home is perfect. Hoping to stay here again some day.

The home was everything you’d want in a beachfront getaway! Stunning views of the bay from your first sip of coffee(or tea) until you put your head on your pillow! The bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom were stunning. The kitchen was well appointed and made cooking on vacation actually enjoyable. The pool was large and the perfect temperature. The ability to walk out to your own beach was amazing. We have stayed on AMI for years and have been all over the island. This property was by far the best home and location. The owner was easy to work with and the property manager was highly responsive. Overall an 11/10!

The house and location are beautiful and were perfect for a family vacation with our grown children. Unfortunately for us the weather made it difficult to take advantage of all the house had to offer in terms of bicycles and kayaks or being out on the beach when it was too windy. Incredible views from the main living area and deck with lots of opportunities to watch the pelicans diving in to catch their dinner. had fun using the out door pingpong table and big open kitchen/living room/dining area.

This was easily one of the most fun weeks of vacation our family has had to date! The home was immaculate and came with more than we could have imagined. Paddle boards, bikes, kayaks, you name it. Although close to Pine Ave where there are shops, restaurants and a lot of activity, you are tucked away with amazing views of the bay and a private beach. We will for sure be returning and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable family getaway!

House is beautiful, super clean and spacious. Very nice quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants and shops. House is on the bay and had a lovely view. You could sit on the private beach and not see another soul all day. Peaceful quiet and tranquil. Would definitely stay again!

Overalll a wonderful property but not ocean front.

What an incredible view from inside and outside this home. Dolphins swam by daily which was fun viewing from the balcony and living room. Beach access was perfect for paddle board and skim boarding. Pool and back area was very nice. Home was incredible, from plenty of space to comfort to decor. Thank you Chris for being such an accommodating host!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was amazing. CHRIS/Debbie were the best to deal with. I cant say enough great things about this wonderful house.
