Stayed Jun 23, 2025I booked this house for a family vacation. The family hadn't been together in 10 years! This house put all 20 of us comfortably under one roof! We had plenty of space to eat, gather, sit, talk, swim or jaccuzzi soak, etc.! The elevator was a great plus for the parents! The house is also situated walking distance from the beach, wine tasting, the coffee shop, bike rentals, souvenir shopping, gas... convenient! There were a couple of maintenence hiccups, but John was instantly responsive, so they didn't hinder anything! John wa extremely accommodating before, during, and after our stay! If you have a larger group traveling and are looking for a nice quality dwelling to house everybody, this is definitely an option to consider securing!

Stayed Jun 4, 2025This home provided the perfect setting for a mother/daughter trip! There were 17 people in our group and we had more than enough space to enjoy each other's company and retreat to quite space when needed. The bedrooms are spacious and each one offers a beautiful attached bathroom. The outdoor spaces are lovely with a very nice sized pool and hot tub. The home is a short walk to a beautiful, gated beach that had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. John was fantastic! He was incredibly responsive when contacted and very accommodating to our requests.We could not have asked for a better setting for our trip and I highly recommend the space for a large group.

Stayed May 23, 2025My family and I spent several days at, Here Comes the Sun. The house is beautifully and artistically decorated with all the comforts of home. The views from the sky roof were breathtaking. Centrally located to shopping outlets, restaurants and the beach was definitely a plus for my family. John, the owner, was personable and responded to any questions I had. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking to create memories with family. We will certainly return for another stay.
