LAKEFRONT BEAVER POINT LODGE ON STUNNING BEAVER LAKE

The well-maintained and recently updated Beaver Point Lodge offers FANTASTIC LAKE VIEWS from every room in the house and DIRECT ACCESS TO BEAVER LAKE! Guests visit Beaver Point Lodge for family reunions, romantic getaways, shopping trips, fishing trips and just to enjoy time with friends. Bring your boats or rent one from the nearby Lost Bridge Marina, where you can also rent a boat slip. There is parking for your boat trailers on the property. In the winter, enjoy a game of pool, or a football game or Netflix on the 48 high definition TV in the family room. Or relax with a good book in front of a roaring fire in the living room or roast some hot dogs and marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit. Check out the virtual tour to really get a feel for the environment you will experience.

My pledge to guests of Beaver Point Lodge is that it will be a cut above all other vacation rentals. I appreciate guest feedback and am constantly adding special touches that set Beaver Point Lodge apart from other homes in the area. This is my second home and I think you will agree the difference is noticeable in the quality of furnishings and the care I take maintaining the lodge and making it comfortable and inviting.

If you have never been to Beaver Lake, it covers 28,000 acres and is extremely clear due to the rocky shoreline highlighted by limestone bluffs. In fact, previous guests say it is one of the clearest lakes they have ever seen! The lake is temperate for swimming from mid-May through mid-September and families enjoy all types of watersports. The lake supports bass, crappie, bream and whitefish fishing and has given up several 40-pound-plus state-record stripers. Near Beaver Point Lodge, the lake flows into the White River, which is a great spot for canoeing or fly fishing, and on into Table Rock Lake.

Beaver Point Lodge enjoys an open floor plan with 2,400 square feet including full living areas on each floor, 3 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. Walk right in from the parking area to the main level which includes the main living/dining area, kitchen, half bath and master suite with king-size bed and large full bath. Take steps down to the lower level where you will find another living area, a 2nd bedroom with a queen-size bed and on-suite bath, a 3rd bedroom with a queen-size bed and TWO sets of bunk beds, a 3rd full bath, and two sleeper sofas. If you plan to work remotely during your visit, the dining room and deck are perfect spots, and the WiFi speed typically exceeds 100 mbps.

Outside, bask in the amazing views from 375 square feet of deck on each level with plenty of seating, picnic tables and a charcoal grill. Shoreline is just across the road from the driveway and down 20 steps. There is parking near the front door for several vehicles and parking for two vehicles (or a boat trailer) at the top of the steps leading down to the shoreline for easy access to the water. The driveway is steep but paved. Beaver Point Lodge is part of the Lost Bridge Village community association and all roads to the lodge are paved and in good condition.

The kitchen includes everything you will need to make yourself at home - microwave, dishwasher, griddle, coffee maker and filters, Keurig, blender, crock pot, all cooking utensils, bakeware, etc. Towels, soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent and laundry detergent are provided. All beds are complete with soft linens, pillows, blankets and comforters.

Here is the Top 10 list of comments from the many positive reviews of previous guests - scroll further down the page to read the 200+ reviews Beaver Point Lodge has received in full:

1. My family and several of my friends and their families have been renting houses on Beaver Lake for about 10 years now...and we have found the ONE!

2. Ray goes above and beyond to make sure the house is perfect for his guests. We have stayed at other properties on the lake but are now spoiled and won't stay anywhere else.

3. My fiancé and I have both said I want to go back several times this evening. Very relaxing, clean, comfortable and the view is incredible.

4. Great customer service: timely information, prompt responses to our questions and payment confirmation....very professional!!

5. The panoramic view of Beaver Lake is the most beautiful lake view I have seen. The deer are everywhere and will walk right up close to you.

6. This home is fantastic! Everyone raves about the view and rightly so, it is amazing.

7. Inside, the lodge is decorated tastefully, and the owner has selected some of the most comfortable furniture we have ever encountered in a rental. The sectional sofa on the main floor is almost sinfully comfortable.

8. The kitchen was well-lighted, well-equipped, and very user-friendly. We do a lot of cooking during our times away and a well-appointed kitchen is important to us.

9. We loved everything about our stay. Ray had the house decorated for Christmas which added to our excitement. Our first step inside the house took our breath away!

10. I very much appreciate that we were able to bring 2 dogs - they are part of the family too! And almost every morning we saw a group of 8 deer walking across the property.

In summary, Beaver Point Lodge is a family friendly, beautifully furnished private lake home that will inspire you to relax in the natural beauty of the warm Ozark Mountains. Not one detail has been overlooked. You will be delighted you chose Beaver Point Lodge for your vacation getaway!

Very clean and plenty of room for everyone! Very close to the water for some beautiful views and overall scenery. The host was very accommodating when we ended up having some last minutes guests in our party including their dog. Will easily stay here again when we’re back in the area.

Loved every second of our stay!!! The views and house are unbeatable. We lived the pool table and spent hours playing since our weather was a wee bit crazy (hail upon arrival, snow, and cold cold cold). It was amazing when the weather warmed a the winds dropped. We had our two pups with us and they loved it. Would highly recommend!!!!

This home was amazing! Views spectacular! Only thing missing was rocking chairs for the decks. If they had those I probably would have never went inside. If you have a chance to actually get on the lake do it!! Owner was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely miss waking up to that beautiful view every morning and playing games watching the sun go down!

The stay was amazing. The accommodations were great. It was clean. The beds were large and very comfortable. The views were fantastic and peaceful, a great place to reboot after a long stents. Bring plenty of food to cook and charcoal barbecue as there’s no need to leave the property we swam we fished. We played pool poker and told stories a better times. Ray was great and accommodating and very communicative. I highly recommend this place.

This was our annual family reunion. We have been using VRBO for a few years. This rental was the best. We hiked, we swam, we shopped, we went to a movie in Rogers, we went to Eureka Springs. We even had a pool family tournament. We laughed and ate too much. The house was fully equipped. The owner committed to us having a good time.

    · Lodging/Hosto The house is amazing in my opinion. Not without its issues but everyone on the trip was very happy with everything.o As far as rent houses go this one was probably the most well stocked, I have ever been in (cooking utensils, some cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, spacious storage for your goods, drink fridge for space and easy access, etc)o Ray was quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had and quickly got the only thing that broke on our trip fixed.o We had a lot of fun with the poolFishingo We did not have much luck on artificial baits but had good luck with bait fish (perch) and worms.o We caught lots of small mouth, two large mouths, lots of panfish and goggle eyes, one channel cat.o As far as getting bait and tackle, you will want to stop in rogers or Pea Ridge. There is a bait shop I think in Pea Ridge called Hook, Line and Sinker. We did not get a chance to go there but it is supposed to be fully stocked. If you end up needing some worms/tack, I suggest the Shortstop. We went to the marina, but they pretty much just had worms and nothing else. The marina does have some food and ice. The Shortstop has a lot of bait and tackle as well as worms. They also have your general conveniences, a pretty good supply of food making items, and hot food made fresh that’s really good. Across from the short stop there is an ice machine that has the best price on ice.o Make sure you check the slot limits as some of them on the lake are pretty strict.

We had absolutely the best extended family vacation! The accommodations were amazing! The house had everything we needed and then some. There are the most beautiful views from the deck where we started and ended each day. The dock is a wonderful gathering place to swim and fish. In our opinion Beaver Lake is one of the best places to boat and fish on. Our whole family agreed that this was one of the best vacations and the accommodations made it! If you are considering vacationing at Beaver Lake and can grab Beaver Point Lodge for your accommodations, do it!

We had an excellent stay at this beautifully maintained lake house in Garfield. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. We would definitely stay here again!A quick note for fellow boaters: the roads leading to the house are quite steep and narrow, so towing a boat directly to the house can be challenging. We chose to rent a slip and drop our boat at the nearby marina (lost bridge) just around the corner — it was super easy and very convenient to get to. I’d recommend launching your boat first, then heading to the house for check-in. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing lake retreat!

The unit fit our needs for the long weekend. The view of the lake was spectacular plus the deer coming by to visit was a bonus. The unit was clean and communication with the owner was spot on. I would recommend to other families looking to be near the lake. My only recommendation is to brighten the lighting in the bathrooms. We were getting ready for a dressy occasion during our stay, and all of us noted that lighting in the bathrooms could have been better.

When we arrived there was no power and we contacted the owner (Ray) to verify there was a legitimate power outage and nothing we needed to do. Within minutes we had an answer from Ray that there was an outage in the area and that we didn’t need to start messing with any breakers. What a relief to us and an expedited response from Ray! Absolutely stunning views from the property! Completely unobstructed views of the lake. Lots of deer present during our stay that the family enjoyed watching. The property was incredibly clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a scenic and peaceful getaway. Also, we accidentally left behind a pair of shoes that was communicated to us promptly. Ray is shipping them to us when we just figured it was a loss for us. Such a considerate owner!

Ray was wonderful to work with. His home is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views. We were able to grill, have a family bonfire, enjoy the pickleball courts, drive to local attractions and were greeted with deer multiple times daily. We would definitely recommend to anyone who wants tranquility and quality time spent with family. 5 stars all around.

We enjoyed our lay back, last minute get-a-way! It was a little further away from major shopping but that's my fault as I wasn't familiar with the area. Family and I stayed four nights at Beaver Point Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed it. Guests in the house ranged from teenagers to 80+ year olds. The driveway is steep, but parking and access to the upper floor of the house is level with no stairs and and was a huge selling point for my mom who has mobility issues. The downstairs area with its pool table was perfect for the teens in our group. Views of the lake from both decks are amazing and we spent lots of time outside. Beds, bathrooms and kitchen were comfortable and outfitted with everything we needed. Another selling point for us was the area to park a fishing boat at the bottom of the driveway. We would stay here again and definitely recommend the property to others.

I can tell you this. The view from the upper deck never and I mean never got old! The house was awesome in every aspect from bed comfort to the kitchen. I will tell you this the driveway is steep which we were told about. So if you are not so steady on your feet I would just drive up and down if you want to do any walking around the area. All in all we will most certainly be back to this home on the lake!
