The villa is located in the village of Majkusi in the green interior of Istria, approx. 17 km from Porec and the beaches. The nearest restaurant and shop are in Baderna, 5 km away. There are numerous sights nearby in Porec, Novigrad, Motovun and Pazin. The house is located on the edge of a forest on an 863 m² fenced property and offers guests the following outdoor amenities: a 42 m² pool, sun loungers, a well-kept lawn, a fire pit and a covered terrace by the pool. Two parking spaces are also available. On request, the pool can be heated so that you can enjoy a refreshing dip even in the cooler months before or after the season. The villa is a modern, newly built holiday home for 6 people with a living area of 153 m² spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace, pool and garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding nature. The entire house is air-conditioned and has fast Starlink internet. The highlight of the villa is the large, completely fenced outdoor area where your children can play carefree.
