Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would highly recommend this rental in the Signature section of PGA West. The house is brand new and immaculately kept, with a great open-concept layout, high ceilings, and beautiful views overlooking the golf course. The beds were very comfortable, and the living room was perfectly set up for our family of six to relax and watch TV together.The kitchen was well appointed and made cooking meals easy, and the pool and hot tub were a real highlight of our stay. Royale Vacation Rentals was excellent to work with—responsive and professional throughout the entire process.My only suggestion would be to update the binder with local information, as a few of the restaurants listed are no longer in business and the tennis recommendations are no longer accurate. Other than that, this was a fantastic stay and we would absolutely return.

The team at Royale is excellent to work with. The home was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our group. We can't wait to return and enjoy this beauty again!!

The smaller rooms beds seemed like double beds vs a queen bed but other than that- great! Make sure to bring extra trash bags and dish soap if you are staying for more than two days. We will be back for sure!

Paid $250 extra for pool heater for 5 day stay.Pool & Spa were not clean, reached out to property manager twice to have pool cleaned, was told “ tremendous winds” before we checked in on Monday pm was reason debris was in pool. Was told pool service would clean on either Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday! Pool was not cleaned during our stay. So I wasted $250 on fee to heat pool.

I chose a home where we could enjoy a nice view out on the patio, but unfortunately there was a huge tent right outside of the back yard, blocking the entire view. The PGA tour coming up set up early. We also had to stay there the first evening until 9:00 to wait for maintenance to get the heat working.
