Perfect house for a family reunion in Issaquah.Kitchen had all dish and cookware needed, modern appliances and comforts

This home was perfect for our large family Thanksgiving gathering. The kitchen was perfect and so much space- the pictures don’t do it justice. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our annual family vacation with grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren. Plenty of room for everyone. It was nice have 2 living rooms so some could watch shows while others read quietly in the other space. The kitchen was huge and had pretty much all the cooking pots and utensils you would need to prepare meals. It was great having desks in the rooms because my husband is a writer and my adult daughter had to work remotely a couple days on vacation. The owners were very responsive when we lost internet and we had it back within 15 minutes. There is plenty to do near the property—a playground within easy walking distance for the children and Lake Sammamish State Park is a 5 minute drive. We also went to the Washington Park Zoo, about a 30 minute drive. And to Pike Place Market and wandered around there one day. This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the best homes we’ve stayed in.

I gave this 6-bedroom home an overall 5-Star rating because it fit our needs very well with only minor issues. We had family flying in from North Carolina and Idaho for our son's wedding taking place on Mercer Island. The house accommodated our entire group of 10: adults and children/teens, allowing us to have more quality time together in between events. The owner was available if we had any needs. For instance, when the internet went down, we were able to get it fixed with a quick phone call. The home was very clean with a nice sized kitchen, including a kitchen table and dining table. The host kindly provided tea and coffee. The living room sectional sofa was quite large and comfy. We had a small dog that spent a couple of nights at a friend's house for the rehearsal and wedding day events so maybe the 200 dog stay fee felt a little high for our 5-day stay but it was expected and not a surprise added at the end. One of the bathroom showers didn't flow as well as others but, overall, a minor issue. Although no parties are allowed, some of the other out of town guests were allowed to drop over the day after the wedding to enjoy a light lunch before departing the area because the host kindly allowed a small quiet luncheon to take place and it went very well: so nice to chat in a relaxed environment. Again, I am so happy we found this location for our family. It was so much better than a bunch of separate hotel rooms!

Great house with a kitchen that has everything you need for your stay. Fantastic communication throughout our stay and easy check in/out. Fantastic location right near Lake Sammamish Park.

The property was clean and spacious. There was a crib and high chair for the baby which was very convenient. The home had plenty of space for our family. We requested an early check in and the host allowed us to check in 1 hour early. The property location was excellent. We were a short drive from Trinity Tree Farm and Lake Sammamish which was key for the wedding we were attending.

We booked this location for a shared get away w our family and my brothers family. We usually try to cook at the rental house at least once. We did that in our second night but found that the oven kept shutting off so we could not prepare food in oven. The kitchen was fairly well appointed, but there was no spatula or colander and the ice maker did not work. I also thought the back yard appeared to be a work in progress as 3/4 of the deck appeared to have been power washed, but the rest was dirty. AND I am pretty sure there had been a hot tub in pictures of the back yard when I booked it. The area where the deck had not been power washed was messy as if work was being done there but not finished. The overhead light and the ceiling fan did not work in the master bedroom. Bedroom doors all had key pads on them. Not sure why as they were unlocked when we arrived, but one door got accidentally locked and we had to go through outside second floor balcony to access the room. We stayed until a Tuesday morning and were instructed to take trash from house and roll trash cans to the road. ALL trash cans were completely filled when we arrived so there was no place to put our trash without some work with someone else’s trash to make it all fit. Still, the space was nice, the neighborhood lovely and we had a good time. Just not sure we would rent this property again.

This property is spacious, clean, well appointed and well maintained. The area is beautiful and near stores, activities and only 25 minutes from the airport. We enjoyed our stay and the host was available for any questions issues that came up.
