With 3 luxurious beds + sofabed and 2 full bathrooms, our suite comfortably accommodates 6+ guests (extra fee for more than 4). Perfect for couples or family and friends. Your vacation suite features a spacious living room, a fullyequipped kitchen, dining area and private patio to enjoy the outdoors.

This executive freshly painted private suite in our home, is a fully furnished, like-new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with high ceilings and premium finishing. King bedroom has a luxurious Dormeo foam mattress, with adjoining 4pc ensuite. Queen bedroom has two high quality medium-firm foam beds, smart TV with streaming services, large walk-in closet, and adjoining 5pc ensuite. Hand scraped hardwood floors throughout, along with silk carpeting in bedrooms. The 4-piece and 5-piece bathrooms include luxurious floor to ceiling tumbled marble showers.

There is a large well-appointed kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances, as well as an induction hot plate, convection toaster oven, air fryer, rice cooker, crock pot, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine and full size microwave for your convenience. There is a large 6-burner gas BBQ with a side burner on the patio.

The bright and comfortable living room includes two three-seater sofas and two chairs to relax and enjoy visiting. Large screen smart TV with streaming apps you can log into (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, Amazon Music and more). Functional desk workspace, high-speed private WiFi throughout. One of the couches opens to a quality queen-size sofabed.

The secure entrance foyer is large enough to hold your bikes, golf clubs and other valuables while you are off exploring the city or wineries. You have your own thermostat to control the heat or air conditioning as you like.

It was a very pleasant stay at Barbara and Emmanuel’s. Perfect location, close to everything. Very clean and well stocked. Barbara and Emmanuel even prepared a full basket of snacks and wine for us! Bottled water and juice box for the kids as well. They definitely made us feel very welcomed! Barbara and Emmanuel are extremely easy to communicate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone who’s visiting Kelowna.

What an amazing property. From the moment we opened the door we felt at home, lovely welcome basket was a pleasant surprise. The property had everything we needed, comfortable beds, great size bathrooms, relaxing lounge area. The property is perfectly situated in a lovely area, very close to some amazing wineries. Barbara and Emmanuel could not have been more welcoming, nothing too much trouble. They were friendly, helpful, very accommodating. They made our stay one to remember. We cannot wait to return.

My husband and I were able to get a last minute booking at Barbara and Emmanuel’s place, and they readily agreed to a flexible check-in time. The place was very clean (and we’re picky about these things!), spacious, had everything we needed, in a great location and private. The tv room (with pull out couch and separate bathroom) was a total bonus - it was like having a second suite - perfect for our 19 year old! Our hosts were kind and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. An absolute bonus was their gorgeous back yard. We would definitely stay here again
