Short distance to restaurants and shopping. Although not on the beach, the short walk to the beach was not difficult. The property was clean and the community was quiet.

The unit is a nice size but has some small imperfections that should be addressed. Deck cushions are worn out. Underneath them werevtons of pine straw. Doesnt appear the cleaning services even go outside to clean. The interior was nice and clean. Upstairs bathroom needs a new vent fan. Masterbath door shrubs the floor and light switch barely works. Handheld shower handle cannot be position as base is loose and it wont change from high pressure. Couldnt figure out how to turn on living room lights. Probably bulbs blown. You have to go through the Master suite to get to the 4th bedroom. So my daughter had to go thru our room to enter and exit her room. So we basically felt like our daughter was in our room. Poor layout. Downstairs bedroom has a piece of plywood that protrudes further than the actual mattress. I didnt notice this until we were leaving. Not sure who the carpenter is that designed this contraption but he/she should cease and desist immediately. I still give this a 4 star because its really just a lot of little stuff that can be corrected easily if the onwer chooses to fix them. And Kevin seems super nice and responds immediately to your messages. So hopefully these things will be fixed before the next guest comes.

The listing was not totally accurate about how many beds and bathrooms there were in the condo but the location was great, and the host was awsome!

I wish I had known; it was not what I expected. Dirty-Floors (swept and mopped whole place) strong Urine smell on 1st floor. Sanitized entire bathroom to resolve. Found under beds, beer can and shot glass, child's clothes under couch. Found dirty fork, sucker stick in living room. Couch and chairs filthy. Used a cover on couch to be able to sit on it. Broken Fridge water/ice dispenser, cabinet handles, deck umbrella, stove input panel loose, living room light out. No hot water in kitchen sink. All kitchen ware so scratched and rusted not useable. 4 of the 6 putters broken. Provided 6 towels. Positives -Location to beach perfect. -Showers were hot. -Beds were firm. Host was helpful when we had trouble locating the gate. Always polite and kind.

I wish the floors were clean. I wish the back deck accent lights worked. I wish there was a chair in the MBRM. I wish the TVs worked. Only one that worked was the LRM. I wish it had two king beds like it advertised. However, most of these I guess are minor. The Host Kevin was phenomenal. Hopefully these little things will be addressed. I will definitely stay in the future.

Was such a great experience we had, everything was great and enjoyed our trip. Kevin made everything easy with booking, and was here for any questions we had. All around great experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The only surprise was that you have to go through the master bedroom to get to one of the other bedrooms, it’s great for kids, not so great for adults or couples. It did not impact our stay negatively. Will keep an eye out for this condo for future stays.

Only thing i would say is that the grill needs worked on. But thats not going to keep me from giving a 5 star review. Couple of spots on the wall were peeling but Didn't effect our stay. Beds were comfy. Location was perfect to where we needed to be. Will recommend people to this location.

The place was nice, kitchen was equipped with everything you needed, beds were comfortable. The location was great. Very short walk to the beach and pools. Very close to Walmart and lots of places to eat.
