Spacious Waterfront Retreat for the Family w/ Pool & Spa, WiFi; Watch Dolphins & Manatees

Our family of 7 travel to various areas during the holiday vacation and this year decided on Marco Island. Harbor Haven was our choice and did not regret. It met all of our needs. It was spacious and well appointed. The house and pool area were clean with a beautiful view of the intercoastal to view dolphins and manatees. Any question or issue was responded to immediately by the management team. Would book again when returning to Marco Island. All of us really enjoyed!

The house was incredible and was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and the amenities are everything you could want or need, beach chairs umbrellas, coolers, kayaks. My kids fished off the dock and caught a lot of fish every day. The pool was excellent and the spa worked beautifully. I would definitely recommend this house as we will certainly be back as soon as we can.

Home is lovely - large and roomy for a family vacation. Beautifully decorated! Ultra private and quiet. Had some issues with some functions - no hot water in shower/tub in one bathroom and heating the pool and hot tub. But when contacted they sent troubleshooter out multiple times and ended up with heat working at end of our stay so ended on a great note! And were nice in cancelling the extra charge for heating the pool and hot tub. Patio is great - saw a dolphin in the canal!!

The house is very good, comfortable and has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, the pool is spectacular and there is a good jacuzzi. If I had to go again, I would return to this house. The check-in and check-out system is excellent and iTrip communicates continuously.

Great property. If and when we go back, we will stay here. A Keurig would be helpful.

A wonderful, warm and welcoming vacation for six of us. A large and beautiful home with a great (and warm) pool and hot tub area. Plenty of seating and comfortable couches and beds. The neighborhood is quiet and safe… you may even see a few gopher tortoises on your ride out! Single level with a lot of railings made it easy for my Dad to move around and be comfortable. Hosts were responsive and very professional.

The property was very nice and the host was very responsive to our needs. The house is dated somewhat so not everything works as expected. Most of these were small items.

What a beautiful home - so spacious and beautifully decorated - bedrooms were so luxurious! So enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Saw dolphins in the canal! What a delightful bonus! Can’t wait to come back!!

Another wonderful stay - this was our second year and we continue to love the gorgeous home, spread out bedrooms, beautiful spacious kitchen and the fantastic lanai!! We swam in the pool and soaked in the hot tub every day and enjoyed fantastic food and sunsets at the restaurants around Marco! Cannot wait to return next year!

This place was amazing! The property managers responded to every text/concern we had. We came the week after Milton. They had the property in amazing condition. I will say there is only 1 TV in the whole house, so if u have teens bring ur iPad. Amazing people to work w and great location!

This place was truly amazing. The layout was perfect and kitchen was very well stocked for cooking needs. Everything was clean when we arrived and even had a cute welcome basket. Mark was very responsive and great to work with. We had absolutely no issues. The pool was the highlight. This wasn’t your average home pool it was very large with a deep end. The dock was perfect for fishing. We will be back for sure!

The property itself is very nice and is well furnished. The pool area is very large and the hot tub is great. There is plenty of room for seating both inside and out. The home itself is located in a quiet area and has a great canal exposure. It is also very near to an area with gopher tortoises and we would see them coming out of their holes almost every day. The interior of the house is quiet large and there is plenty of room for a good sized family. However, there are some requirements for staying that are not communicated in the listing. For example, you may not lower the AC below 72 degrees. For people coming from the north, this is too high for sleeping. I would have been fine with just being able to lower it at night but this kept people from sleeping well. Additionally, it is not disclosed that you need to wash all the sheets and towels or at least only have two loads for left for the staff. This is not adequate in a 4 bedroom home that sleeps 8 or more. I am almost positive this led to us sleeping on sheets that were dirty the first night as the previous occupants likely tried to jam too much into the washing machine and the sheets didn't fully get cleaned.

House was absolutely beautiful! Very clean! Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. The only slight issue and it was very slight is the pool could have been cleaner..pool guys were there twice, but it never looked like it was clean. But we still enjoyed the pool everyday! We were able to see some dolphins and manatee during the stay which was a bonus! We will definitely be back!!!

Loved staying at this house. It worked out really well with combined family that rooms were each in there own wing so could have privacy at times. Master bedroom and bathroom is gorgeous and easy access to pool. Fishing from the dock was a lot of fun and watching the manatees and dolphins swim by and right up to the dock! I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Marco island. Neighborhood was on a quiet off the main road street which made getting in and out easy. 10 minute drive to restaurants and the beach. The pool was the biggest hit with me family and kids had hours of fun.

Our weeklong stay at Eubanks Court was amazing!! Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Saw up to 5 manatees EVERY DAY swimming right by our dock. Kayaks were a great amenity. Close to restaurants/Publix/ shopping/beaches. Tigertail is a MUST!!! Can't wait to come back

The house was setup perfect for our multiple families traveling with bedrooms on opposite sides of the house for more privacy. This was our 2nd stay at a property managed by Mark and everything is clean, well stocked, and just overall great. We enjoyed many afternoons and evenings either in the pool or lounging on the huge lanai. We even were able to see manatees daily in the canal. We have made Marco Island an annual trip as a family, and would definitely consider this home (or any others managed by Mark) next year!
