Please be aware that we have outdoor security cameras on-site, and any non-registered individuals visiting the property should be approved in advance. Any unauthorized guests or events may lead to the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. -No Smoking- The Smoke Remediation Fee will be a minimum of $500 for smoking in the house and could be higher depending on the extent of the damage.

-Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else. If the plumbing clogs during your stay, a fee may be incurred to have a plumber come and make repairs.

-Guests are responsible for any and all damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly

-No access to garage
