Spacious Villa with Home Theater at Encore

This was the worst property we’ve stayed in. The home is infested with roaches. They were crawling on the furniture, inside the cabinets, on the stove, and in the showers. The living room carpet was stained and had huge dirt spots. The carpet leading up the stairs was torn in multiple places, and tacks were sticking out in one bedroom due to the carpet being missing. The bar stools on the second floor were all unusable due to the legs being extremely loose. The air hockey table had a hole in it big enough for the puck to fall through. My family has stayed in Encore properties multiple times and this was by far the worst one. On top of the property not being up to par, we are now being charged an additional fee of multiple hundreds due to “stained linens”. The linens were not sparkling white upon arrival. So much so that we washed them all upon arrival. I do not recommend staying here, especially for the price. Beware!!!

This home met the description of the listing perfectly and a few hidden extras. The additional laundry room upstairs and extra refrigerator was a plus and much needed for my large family. The only things I would suggest is that maintenance checks ALL batteries and TVs before every check in- half of our TVs didnt have good batteries so the remotes were no good. -Provide instructions in each room for operating the cable/TVs. Guest are from all over and not familiar with how to operate them. -Provide an additional iron upstairs (there was only 1 in the 11 bedroom house) We must look good for Mickey/Minnie -Provide a few extra rolls of toilet paper. -Repair broken items such as, there was a big hole in the ice hockey machine, ball missing for the foosball machine, door knob missing to the theater room, side of the cabinet in the kitchen missing, carpet has a few tears throughout the house. If not repaired before each visit, provide a list of things that are damaged in the listing.. *These things are small suggestions to the large enjoyment we had during this stay. We absolutely loves this home and the comfort each room provided. The gated neighborhood and security patrols made the stay complete. We will be returning for a future visits.

I have not rented VRBO houses before but my son was getting married in Disney World and we needed a place to house 22 people- some family, some wedding party. This house had plenty of room for everyone and is a lovely property. It does have signs of wear and tear but any problem we had; Jeeves was super responsive to concerns. Everyone loved the water park and I’m glad as some in our group couldn’t afford daily trips to Amusement parks. This was an excellent value for the money. We would recommend.

This home fit our large family perfectly. Great location! Thus home could use some TLC.

The house is beautiful and big, it accommodated everyone very comfortably. It wasn’t as clean as I would’ve loved, some towels had hair on them and some bathrooms weren’t as cleaned. Their back door alarm seemed a little dislocated and so it would go off constantly. Overall it was a wonderful home and nothing too serious.

Multiple devices did not work, damage to the house before I arrived, and there where tons of Roches day and and night. Would of preferred if they would of give me a discount for my inconvenience.

I thought I was going to get what I pay for. Well let me start off by saying as soon as I put my hand on the rail to go upstairs it fell off. The towels in 2 of the bathrooms were nasty. 3 of the tv's wasn't working. The theater room was missing a remote and they didn't come to fix it until the night before my family was checking out. I went food shopping being that it was 20 people in my party. As I was putting the food away I opened 1 of the cabinets and a lot of roaches started to crawl out. Then I opened the cabinet under the sink and the samething happened. I was REALLY disappointed!!! I called to complain and the problem was never fixed. The only thing I liked about the house was that the pool was not too cold. After paying all that money I had roaches crawling on my food that was stored in the pantry.

19 people! Had plenty of room. Set up was great. We had a little trouble with the TVS . Boxes didn’t work but we got the main room going and that was all we needed. Pool was large and fun. Water park was convenient and had stuff for all ages. Kitchen was very functional. Can opener was broken . Parking was plentiful. We would stay here again.

Generous, nice space and great outdoor pool space. A couple of items. First, I would suggest the hosts be a little more generous with amenities, i.e. coffee filters (there were none), paper towels etc. Also, the coffee maker was really subpar. The theater didn’t work and there were no directions to operate even if it was operational. Huge dinning table with only 6 chairs.
