A Quiet Family Orientated townhouse complex with a Beautiful Balcony View. Walking distance to Morton Plant Hospital, Downtown Clearwater & Local Restaurants. Just 2.3 miles to Clearwater Marine Aquarium and 2.5 miles to World Famous Clearwater Beach!

Our 2,083 sqft townhouse will accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.

Please note: Our HOA does not heat the swimming pool and there are no lifeguard services available. Swim at your own risk. Please supervise any minors with you.

Please note: Our landline phone service is available for outgoing calls only. Please use your own cell phones for all incoming calls. There is free long distance calling to Canada and within the continental USA.

In the living room, we have a 65” Hisense Roku smart streaming TV with approximately 100 Roku channels and a wide variety of streaming options. Connected to the living room TV is a Spectrum streaming box with approximately 60 channels. Also connected to the living room TV is an HD Antenna. Also connected to the living room TV is a Blu-Ray player and we have a drawer full of assorted DVD’s and Blu-Ray’s. All of our other TVs are Westinghouse Roku Smart streaming TVs with approximately 100 Roku channels and a wide variety of streaming options. The master bedroom TV is 43” and the TVs in the other two bedrooms are 32”. The TV in the office/den is 43”. Please use your own streaming accounts during your stay.

Our guests can park up to 2 cars, at the maximum, on our property. One car can be parked outside in our parking spot, in front of our garage, on an angle and a second car can be parked inside our garage. Any additional cars parked after the 2 cars maximum limit are at risk of being ticketed & towed away at the car owner's/renter's expense. We are not responsible for any tickets/towing that are incurred by our guests.

Please Note: No large vehicles permitted in our townhouse complex, such as: RV's, motor homes, caravans, buses, campers, trailers, cube vans, U-Hauls, etc.

The Check-in & Check-out times are flexible.

We have a complete ADT security system at our townhouse. All doors & windows have ADT sensors on them. Our thermostat is an ADT thermostat and is connected to our security system. There are two exterior ADT monitored security cameras on our townhouse, one is outside the front door and the other one is outside the garage door. These ADT monitored security cameras are used for security purposes and as a tool to enforce our House Rules. Please be assured that there are absolutely no security cameras inside our townhouse at all.

We have 2 play yards with sheets and blankets & 2 high chairs to accommodate up to 2 infants. The play yards can be placed into any of the 3 bedrooms upon request.

There are a total of 3 beds in our townhouse, with 1 bed in each bedroom, 1 king and 2 queens. There is also 1 full size sofa bed in the office.

The master bedroom (upper level) features a king size bed, 43” Roku Smart streaming TV, walk in closet, large en-suite bathroom with double vanity, separate shower, soaker tub and a private toilet room.

Bedroom 2 (upper level) features a queen size bed, 32” Roku Smart steaming TV, walk in closet and a 4 piece bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (main level) features a queen sized bed, 32” Roku Smart streaming TV, walk in closet and a 4 piece common bathroom (with 2 doors).

Office/guest room (ground level) is an office/guest room with a business center, a full size sofa bed and a 43” Smart Netflix compatible TV.

Our kitchen, living room and the dining room (main level) are open concept with a walk out to the balcony off of the dining room.

Our living room features a 65” Roku Smart TV, a sectional sofa and a coffee table.

Our kitchen features a center island which can seat up to 3 people and has everything you need to cook your meals: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, spiralizer, popcorn maker, waffle maker, pots, pans, bake ware, dishes, mugs, glasses, cutlery, etc.

Our dining room table seats 6 people comfortably with a 7th chair that can easily be pulled in to seat 7 people.

There is a laundry closet (upper level) with a washing machine and a dryer available for our guest's use.

There is a 2 car garage attached to our townhouse. Our guests have access to half of the garage to park a car and the other half of the garage space for a walk through, storage of our garbage & recycling bins, storage of our bicycles, storage of our golf clubs, storage of our beach chairs and beach umbrella, storage of our BBQ (BBQ must be rolled outside of the garage for use and cleaned after each and every use), etc.

    We had an amazing time at this location. It is very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and very well lit for night walks with your dog. The community felt very safe, the pool is nice, and it is located really close to everything. The grocery store is on the next block, the Pinellas walking/biking trail goes right behind the property and there are many local places to view the sunset without having to go over to the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. Joy was very quick to answer my questions and concerns. We did have a category one hurricane while we were there and we had no issues within the community from that. We will be staying here again if we ever come back to Clearwater! We would recommend this property to anyone.

    Comfortable, well appointed, nicely situated townhouse in beautiful Clearwater, Fl. There are so many positives; Clearwater Beach, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, fishing, sunshine, pool, the Pinellas Trail. The balcony has a western exposure which is ideal for catching some rays. We love our walks on the beach. The hosts are awesome and responsive.

    All the comforts of home and located a short drive from world renowned Clearwater Beach. 3/4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make this home very accommodating for us and our visitors. It is located in downtown Clearwater convenient for shopping and next to the Pinellas walking trail. Walk short distances to restaurants and Publix. The townhouse is well equipped including two refrigerators, a propane grill, washer and dryer, nice dishes and cooking utensils, plenty of linens and towels, a private garage, bikes and a community pool. The owners are very nice people and are quick to respond to any questions or issues. The balcony overlooks a nice courtyard and is western exposure. Our dog had a short walk from the front door to the very nice grassy area in the courtyard. The setting is quite private though we met some of the neighbors, their children and their dogs. The owners have beach chairs and towels available as well as bikes. It is a good area for bikes which can be ridden to the beach. We really enjoyed this place and are planning to return. The WIFI works well. The office was perfect for the wife who works from home. Just an overall positive experience for a mature couple and our small dog.
