Stayed Dec 17, 2021Owner responded quickly to every question & even helped us navigate a potential dangerous situation in getting to the airport. Living room has great flopping space for a family of six! The kitchen is very well stocked. They even had a Xmas tree for the holidays. Only two small items we wish were different. The laundry is outside & down in basement of building & takes quarters(these are hard to get, bring your own) and floors are squeaky. Our kids are tall & made a lot of noise walking around while we tried to sleep on bottom floor. (Just turn up white noise) We would definitely all stay there again!

Stayed Sep 15, 2021Convenient location, just a walk away from Main Street and all Breck has to offer! We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Great loft for kids on the top floor. 3 baths made it perfect for our family and parents to ensure enough space. Hot tubs and pool were open and kiddos enjoyed them! We enjoyed our stay and Jimmy was quick with communication for anything we needed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Totally enjoyed our week in Breckenridge with our family. The condo was perfect for us and did not disappoint. Perfect spot for us to celebrate the 4th. The location cannot be beat. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , fully stocked kitchen and very comfy living room. Loved it all.

Stayed Sep 5, 2020The place was very cute, nice size, well kept for how old it is, kitchen is fully stocked. The third bedroom is not enclosed as it is a loft with two beds on the third floor. Place was clean (some minor cleaning needed to be done on our part to ensure high touch areas were thoroughly cleaned). Location was great, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Host was very responsive prior to visit, pool is very close to unit (1 minute walk) which was nice.
