**House Rules**

To ensure a pleasant stay, the following house rules apply:

• The back door leading out to the deck/porch requires pushing/pulling with force to ensure it is all the way closed.
• A lost or damaged porch fan/light remote will incur a replacement fee.
• The umbrella at the outdoor dining table should be lowered/put down after each use to avoid damage during high winds.
• 4 beach chairs and a cooler are provided to guests. Please rinse and dry them after each use (hose provided in garage).
• Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the unit or on the property, this includes: cigarettes, marijuana, drugs or drug paraphernalia. This policy is strictly enforced, and closely monitored. Violations will incur fines and additional cleaning fees.
• Any damages or broken items should be reported immediately.
• Guests are advised to keep all doors locked when they are not at the property. High winds can open unlocked doors.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No loud music, parties, events or disruptive behavior.
• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
• Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee for a maximum of 2 pets. $100 for (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days). Pets should not be left unattended inside the unit unless in a kennel. Should any unreported pet be found at the property, guests will be charged the listed pet fees. The property owner has the right to leverage exterior security cameras if unexpected parties enter the property.
• No guests are permitted to spend the night except those listed on the rental agreement. 10 guests maximum are included in the standard booking price. Each guest beyond 10 will be charged an additional $100/night. Occupancy should be disclosed upon booking. The property owner has the right to leverage exterior security cameras if unexpected parties enter the property.

    We enjoyed our stay. The layout was wonderful for celebration with family. It was also great for our two dogs. It was a very close drive to the beach.

    From the start, the host was very responsive and helpful. The home itself was very clean, very comfortable and in a perfect location. There was more than enough room for the three of us and we really enjoyed our stay.

    We visit Corpus Christi and North Padre at least once a year. Rental was spacious, has everything you need, and in a great location. The only downside is that there is no pool which doesn’t reduce my rating because you know that when renting. However, many similar rentals do have access to a pool so keep that in mind. Will probably rent this one again.

    We wish we would’ve booked a longer trip. The stay was amazing, and while we had some issues, the hosts were very quick to resolve them and get us back to enjoying our vacation. We’re truly grateful for the opportunity to stay here and we will be booking with them again.

    We loved this house. It was super easy to find, easy to get to the beach and a fully fenced in backyard for the pups! The house was spacious for all six of us. We took the corn hole board with us to the beach and there were other items we could have borrowed. Being able to use the garage was wonderful so we could let our chairs dry out and to keep our coolers out of the house. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and well stocked! Would definitely recommend this townhouse to friends. Will keep this place in mind for our next beach visit!! Loved it!!

    This beautiful home is in a perfect location, super close to the beach, gas stations, stores and restaurants. The home was very clean and had a home sweet home feeling. The layout was spacious and the backyard was cute and cozy. It was nice to have a backyard with privacy. To top it all off, the backdoor had a large doggy door, which was super convenient for my dogs to go in and out as they pleased. We definitely would like to stay here again!
