Stayed Feb 8, 2019This place was 5 minute walk from the gondola. All the rooms were spacious with cozy beds. We had 4 kids and three adults and was a comfortable fit with plenty of room for everyone. Unfortunately, arrived to no firewood but was delivered within an hour of calling to mention the issue. Upstairs shower caught water and didn’t drain. That issue was not resolved despite calling to mention it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I visited this place for 02 days in the month Oct. This place is perfect for 3 families to stay. The village and Gandol center is at walkable distance.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is our 2nd stay in Canyon Ski and Racquet #16. Though the size of the unit is great, the unit is in need of repairs and upgrades. The loft bathroom shower did not drain well. The master bedroom bathroom light above shower intermittently would turn off so often had to shower in dark. The main television also stopped working on night two of our three night stay.

Stayed May 4, 2018Had a really nice stay here for a Spring snowboarding trip. Great communication from Nicole at Natural Retreats, making sure we received and understood the booking confirmation and check-in procedures. The townhome was perfect for enjoying Mammoth, lots of space and beds, nice mountain decor, tons of movies and board/card games, kitchen had everything we needed, and it's a short walk down to the village. All for a very reasonable price!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here in Dec 2016. Have fantastic time even though condo is a little dated. Couch was ripped then and is still this visit. Otherwise, very roomy! Close to village and walking distance to our son.

Stayed Jan 13, 2017Perfect location and very spacious. Comfortable beds. Very dated with so much potential. Dryer not vented so we were afraid to use since the hot air filled the hallway.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Condo was older and needed to be updated. The furniture was torn and had a bad odor. I asked for an early check in however was never sent arrival instructions and had to wait for 2 hours to be sent to a different location to get keys in the snow. Location was great and close to the village. The scenery was also nice.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Last minute extended family trip (8 adults (4 couples)/2 kids) on a budget and found this listing. The location is great, on the blue bus line to Canyon Lodge and walking distance to The Village. The layout of the unit is conducive to a large family; all couples had a room, but one of the bedrooms has 3 twins, it would be nice if it had a queen bed. As soon as we walked in we realized that we were in an older unit; dark brown carpet throughout was pretty disgusting especially with a 1-year old; furniture is outdated; dining room chairs falling apart; upholstery on sofa torn/ripped; mish-mash of plates and silverware, but included everything you need. It is a 3-storey unit, so plenty of stairs and my aging parents/aunt/uncle had a bit of a hard time. The unit is well overdue for an update.
