Jump on the free Anna Maria Island Trolley, which runs all the way from Coquina Beach in the south to Anna Maria City Pier in the north, to explore theisland and spend the day beach-hopping, or work on your tan close to home at the complex pool and hot tub.

Brew some coffee each morning and relax in the Florida sunshine on any of three decks with views of either the gleaming Gulf waters or the pool below. Inside, you’ll find an open layout, abundant natural light, and modern furnishings. Use the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up some breakfast, then sit down for a meal together in the dining room. When it’s time to head for the beach, don’t forget to grab the thoughtfully provided beach gear, including chairs and an umbrella.

After a day of fishing from the pier on the bay, come back to cool off at home in the central AC while you toss the day’s beach clothes into the washer/dryer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
