Spacious Townhome! 3 bedrooms & 2 complete bath and 2 outdoor Patios, Near Train

We had a great stay here. Really added to our enjoyment of Chicago. Marco is a great host. The place is very comfortable.

Marco welcomed us in person, gave us a tour and was easily available via text to answer our questions. The townhouse is very close to the red line subway. Another elevated line runs behind the house and we were a bit concerned about possible noise, but passing trains just manifest as a faint rumble from inside the house. The house was well furnished, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen equipped for cooking. For us, the highlight was the 3rd floor deck off the primary bedroom. It was just a wonderful place to eat breakfast and to relax in the evenings after a long day of tourism.

Absolutely beautiful house in a fantastic area. Just a short walk to some great restaurants and the red line station. Was perfect for us. Marco was a brilliant host. Really good communication and met us at check in and check out and gave us some really useful information about the area. Highly recommend!

We had an absolute blast here. The location is tucked into a wonderful Lincoln Park neighborhood with a short walk to restaurants, groceries, and the train station which was super convenient! Marco, the owner, was delightful and greeted us upon arrival to show us everything in the house. The decor was very well appointed and absoluely darling. We also ended up leaving an important medication in the fridge and Marco ended up UPS-ing it to me the next day. He actually went to the UPS store for me! Who does that?!! Absolutely above and beyond! Highly recommend this VRBO.

My family had a great time staying at Marco’s house. He was helpful and is a very friendly host. The home was clean and cozy. The location is great, 2 minutes to the L station, stores and restaurants. We hope to be back soon.

In Chicago for the volleyball tournament at McCormic Place. Access to RedLine was great. The neighborhood was great too.

The property has all the amenities to make yourself feel at home. Linens, towels, laundry and kitchen accessories are all provided for. The host was very communicative and provided easy information for checkin and checkout. The property is in a nice neighborhood with convenient access to the Red line. Despite an aboveground train line being right next to the property, the noise is minimal. I would stay here again.

We would return in a heartbeat! Very comfortable and quiet, well stocked, easy to find parking, and super close train into downtown. There are also eateries within easy walking distance. Marco was very responsive and helpful.
