Spacious Sunriver Lodge Home, Hot Tub, SHARC, A/C

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Sunriver. This rental was just what our family needed as a base for a family reunion. Plenty of beds and living area for our multi-generational group. The bikes and Sharc passes were a wonderful add to the week. Fort Rock park is a quick bike ride, walk, or drive and was a daily gathering location for pickleball, kickball, and other games.

Our extended family enjoyed this house for our Sunriver stay. GREAT location and room set up for our needs.There are a few minor things in need of attention, but we would definitely stay here again!

Overall the house is great, the space is great but the house needs some maintenance two of the toilets need new parts to flush or not run constantly. Having the sharc passes was awesome to take the family swimming and the game room was awesome for the kids

The house is in a lovely location and has many usable bikes in the garage. The layout and furniture of the home is great. My only criticism is that the bedding (pillows, comforters) are thin and old and there are no beach towels. Also the kitchen is very barren with few usable pots and pans.

Hood 12 but all in all we wouldn’t stay here again:/ Pros: 5 bedrooms (w/ 2 masters suites) & game room were nice to have room to spread out. Hot tub was enjoyed by all ages. Good variety of games. Location was good. Lots of bikes/ trailers Cons: the entire home needs deep cleaned! Filthy furniture ( chairs in living room, dining room, barstools) couch in game room has definitely seen better days. Cobwebs, spiders (4 in main floor master bedroom alone !) As we were there for Thanksgiving we made a dinner but definitely could use a better set of pots/pans ( missing lids) there were two hand mixers but only one working. No cheese slicer. Main floor master shower/ bath needs attention, mildew on shower head, space between shower and vanity doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in years?!? This could be a nice home for a large group with some time and effort put into updating , cleaning and maintenance!

Wonderful location and house for our large family of 12

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great floorplan with 5 bedrooms and each floor has an ensuite. Equipped with gas grill, foosball table and jacuzzi. It comes with many towels, bikes and plenty SHARC passes. All that being said, the house's cleanness is a concern especially if you care about bath tub, bed sheets, and mouldy blinds. Great memories with family but not a place I would come back.

The property is in a great location, we were able to use the bikes on various walks and bike rides. We really enjoyed the openness of the living room, dinning and kitchen. The only thing was TVs had a a hard time connecting to the internet, which wasn’t terrible because we really wanted to limit tv watching but if you are looking forward to watching movies or a game that my be a problem. Overall it was clean, welcoming and a great experience.
