Stayed Jul 1, 2024Everything was absolutely amazing. The location is within bike distance of the water park. There are bikes for every single member of the family. The playroom is perfect for young kids and teenagers. Both the king and queen beds were pretty uncomfortable; besides that, it was perfect for our family.

Stayed Jul 16, 2023The house was clean and well stocked, and had all the amenities we needed. The downstairs area was great for games and an extra space for the kids and teens to hide away. The sunroom was pretty warm even with the ceiling fan and small table fan, but was able to cool down at night for those that slept in there. Overall a great experience and would love to go again!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023Overall this is a great Sunriver rental. Really great location near the Shark, with a big open great room, nice outdoor space overlooking the golf course, and a fun downstairs bedroom and gameroom for kids. The kitchen is a bit on the small size, so if you are cooking large group meals this could be an issue. But really there are just two problems that are very fixable. First the beds and bedding are AWFUL. So bad. Mattresses are hard as a rock and sheets/pillows are cheap and scratchy. Since being able to sleep on vacation is a plus- this was a definite issue for literally everyone in our group outside of our six year old who can sleep anywhere. I hope the owner will consider investing a bit more to make things comfortable. The only other issue was the chairs and couch in the living room. They are heavily stained and just look dirty. I think at the price point for this house it is fair to expect furniture that can be wiped down or cleaned in between guests. A lot of rentals we have had before have leather furniture for this reason. If those things are fixed I would give this a 5/5.
