    Great time with family. 12 of us fit comfortably. Great hot tub. Would have been good to have a smart TV and also a Bluetooth music option for evening gatherings - but it worked out fine. A little far from the action in Bend, but a beautiful spot in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood.

    This was a great place for a group of 4 friends on our annual ski trip. No issues other than the advertised EV Charger is not a practical option for most folks. It's currently a 3 prong Nema 10 50R receptacle which is not advised for EV charging as it lacks a dedicated ground. It's a safety hazard and should be replaced with a Nema 10 50 like an RV charger. Hope the Owners understand this and upgrade the receptacle, as this is a clutch feature for anyone looking to rely on that instead of driving to Bend or LaPine for a fast DC charge.

    A spacious and clean house, albeit a little dated (old kitchen appliances). Close to Sunriver village amenities including SHARC, fort rock park, and market/restaurants. The hot tub was great and kept heat well. The beds were fine. There were some lights out on the exterior which I had to replace so we could see safely. Overall a good deal for money.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at this house for many years while attending a family reunion. It has worked out perfectly for us. With 7 adults and 3 children we are very comfortable. Was very pleased with how well maintained the house has been. Would highly recommend it.

    Awesome property and value. Only complaint is the checkin process with the property manager. They said they were still cleaning the house even though we drove by the property and nobody was there. They still refused to let us check in and were a bit snippy with us—we were staying at Sunriver for our wedding and they wouldn't allow us to even drop off our bags at the house. The house itself was great though, no complaints there! Just poor checkin experience with the property management company.

    Came to Sunriver for a girls weekend to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation. The house was great couple little things could have been better but would definitely stay there again. To top off I left my pillows by accident and they went to the trouble of locating my pillow cases that had already gone to the laundry service and mailing them to me!

    Nice place. A membership to SHARC and tennis/Pickleball facilities would be nice. Owner did provide some guess passes which were nice.
