Spacious & sunlit mountain retreat with patio, fireplace & great nature views

The house was extremely clean and welcoming! While the decor was somewhat dated, everything was perfect for our out of town family for their Thanksgiving stay. Great beds, plenty of space for family activities, highly recommend it and rent it again in the future!

We had a wonderful experience! It’s hard to find a nice airb&b for a family as big as ours. This was absolutely perfect!

It was the perfect place for extended family to gather.

We (6 adults) stayed at the home for several days. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and and was clean and comfortable. Lots of tables for eating, crafting, and playing games. We only had one small issue, but it is specific to one of the people staying having a slight disability with walking. There are steps up to the house, and a step down in the living room and a large step down to the deck. All of these steps I'm mentioning do not have a hand rail and it was very difficult for them to manage accessing these. I just wanted to mention this to others if they might have someone in their group that is older or has a disability with walking. Other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed it very much!

Less than a ten minute drive to the north gate at the air force academy. Safeway was only five minutes away. The house had lots of space for everyone to spread out. The back deck was large and a great place to chill at the end of the day. We saw deer every day around the neighborhood.

The space was roomy and inviting while it provided a nice mountain setting. Picture windows allowed the kids to peer out at a herd of deer passing though the backyard. We had the ease of ten minutes drive to grocery stores & strip mall.

A spacious, comfy, enjoyable home which had easy access to many sites and shopping.

Title says it all. Plenty of room to spread out or gather while at the home - including a large basement or outdoor deck. Comfortable beds and furniture for relaxing. Surrounded by pines and aspens in an area with little to no noise. All the basic necessities stocked & included for your stay.

Quiet rural neighborhood, deer grazing through. Lovely deck with comfy seating area. Several spacious indoor gathering areas. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Beds were very comfortable, bedrooms spacious. Porch light operation was a bit tricky. Some instructions might be nice. We stayed in mid September, weather was glorious. All attractions and needs were within easy reach. Would highly recommend this home with one caveat. If anyone has trouble with stairs, it might be unwise. Bedrooms all require stair access.

My husband and I decided we wanted to have our wedding party stay together as we were mostly all related a few nights before and after our wedding! This house was perfect! We were able to finish up some last minute diy items and enjoy being around each other! The basement served as the perfect wedding suite for us while still allowing us to enjoy seeing our family that lives all across the state! The house and area were perfect and we had zero problems fitting all of our cars even! We are hoping to be back again in the future!

We really enjoyed our time staying at this property. It was extremely clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed and more. I couldn’t believe how spacious it was. And the property was so beautiful. We sat out on the deck and really enjoyed the quiet mountain neighborhood. Our family really enjoyed our time away. Thank you.

Clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen, comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located. This made our family trip to the Colorado Renaissance Festival perfect.

We loved just sitting on the deck, visiting and listening to the birds. There was plenty of room for a large group to spread out or join together. It was quiet and private and had everything we needed. We appreciated the ability to use the garage. The kitchen was well laid out and had all the supplies. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries and towels. You must be able to navigate staircases. All the bedrooms are not on the main floor. If you are looking for a peaceful get away to enjoy family and friends, this is your place.

Great property for multiple families vacationing together, especially those with young children.

We loved this propery! My famiy and my brother's family enjoyed the multiple spaces availble. The 20somers had plenty of places to hangout together. I absolutely loved the back deck every morning and evening.Had enough room to host a family dinner one night with no problem. We enjoyed the beutiful views at Kings Deer golf course and the sweet area of Palmer Lake and Monument

The property was great for our 7 family members with a lot of room to spare. Close to all the great mountain activities near Colorado Springs. House was spacious, well stocked for any length of stay, and comfortable. Management was responsive immediately to any concerns. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This home exceeded our expectations for our daughter's graduation from the Air Force Academy. We had 9 adults and a couple small children. We were a bit nervous about renting a home with no reviews for such a special occasion, but we were very pleased. The home is in a beautiful, quiet golf course community. The 3,400 square feet gave everyone enough space, including 4 bathrooms! The four bedrooms on the second floor provided quiet space from the bustle on the main floor. The large suite in the basement (with door!) gave privacy to parents with 2 infants. 3 rooms had a dining table and chairs for lots of eating space. The patio had ample seating for fun family conversation and parlor games. The linens were fresh and clean (seemed new), the appliances modern, the kitchen equipment adequate (though our eggs stuck in every pan, even with oil:) Cookware was a bit dated. We would have preferred a larger, more open kitchen/dining configuration for our large party, but the home's construction was consistent with many from that time period - lots of walls. Overall, we were happy with the home and would highly recommend.
