* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* The community pool at Greenwood Forest is open from April 15th through October 15th each year.

Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

    A couple suggestions- one role of toilet paper is no enough for week Another table in rooms with bunk beds no place to charge phones or electronics Bathroom- add towel bar above toilet not enough places to hang towelsLoved location and saw deer in back yard!Very clean!Had a issue with lock but was resolved promptly

    This is a nice enough house but in bad need of maintenance and freshening. In fact, the house has a fairly severe mold problem that was literally growing by the day. Also, the house is furnished with the bare minimum of amenities.

    The house was larger than expected with lots of open space around the kitchen, living area, and great room. We loved all of the nature behind the house with deer walking by everything was extremely clean and very nice. We used the beach cooler and beach chairs that came with the property, which was super convenient. we also enjoyed the speakers in the bathrooms and all of the extra beach towels.

    Great location in Sea Pines - centrally located to everything. Stayed for a golf weekend and the property was super clean and had everything we needed. Would absolutely book this property again - management group was great!

    The house was beautiful, open concept. I read a review about the location being a negative. I think the location was perfect! You can bike anywhere. You could literally bike a few miles and get just about anywhere! Great beach access especially if you bike to the beach. House came with 6 beach chairs which was super nice! We absolutely loved it! You do have access to a community pool but it took me a few days to find the pool pass. I was only given a code which does not work. The pool requires a card. Other than that, stay was great!

    The house suited us well. The kids took the bunk room, and adults enjoyed the two additional bedrooms.There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. Beach access was terrific, and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels. We've been coming to HHI for over 40 years, & this experience did not disappoint. Three suggestions: a decent set of knives would have helped with food prep. The beds in the adult rooms could use an upgrade. Our dishwasher wasn't working properly, nor was the icemaker. Neither problem was resolved during our stay. Our online contact offered to bring ice (they did not) & said the dishwasher would be fixed (it was not). This was disappointing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect home for little one- no stairs. Our 10 month old Granddaughter took her first steps while on vacation. A few things I would recoomend is a bit more attention to the lanscape and over grown weeds. Its a first impression and one that has gotton overlooked. It rained several days and the sylight in master bouncing during the rain was very difficult to sleep thru. Not certain what one can do, but would keep us from renting long term for this reason. Matress and lines were lovely and very comforterable. I apperciate the rewly renovated showers however the glass door needs a stopper on from hitting on faucet head. Iwas afraid that it was going to crack the glass. Love the fact that chairs were included -

    This is a cute house, clean and well furnished. The only drawback is that it is a little out of the way and at the end of a street.
