Spacious Retreat with Heated Pool-Hot Tub-Games-Bar-Near Keeneland&Bourbon Trail

This house is amazing! Very cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. We loved the area. The location worked well for the Lexington sites we wanted to see. Decorated for Christmas which we very much appreciated as our visit was early December. Also, Dawn is the perfect host. Very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend this house and will stay here again when in the Lexington area.

Dawn was great; the house was super impressive coming up to it after dark. For our four couples, all foodies, we spent a great deal of time in the oversized kitchen and loved every minute! We did bourbon tours and horse farms then came back and watched Secretariat…with bourbon! The hot tub, the fire pit, the location was all spot on!!! Dawn, thank you and hope to see you again!!!!

Dawn and her home were absolute perfection! She was so quick with communication and always so kind! The home was so clean and you had everything you needed! Would stay here every weekend if I could!

We had a wonderful family vacation with our children, grandchildren and even great grandma. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for all ages. The location was close to many things and we enjoyed the country setting to sit around the fire pit at night. We definitely recommend this stay.

This was easily one of the best vacation homes we have stayed at, and we have stayed at many. My wife and four children loved it. The house itself was top tier—clean, nice, well maintained, and stocked well with random goods just in case you forget something. The game room, pool, and entertainment areas were well taken care of; nothing was broken or in disrepair, and the images reflected exactly what you were getting. The host was also exceptional and had great communication.This is the type of experience you are always hoping to have when you pick a home. It felt like home!It will not disappoint.

This house is absolutely stunning in every aspect. The property manager has everything labeled and a great instruction folder with a how to tutorial for all the amenities at the house. The property manager also promptly answered back on the messenger app with any additional questions we had. My family and I absolutely loved the experience we had staying at this beautiful home. We can not wait to stay here again.

Our family enjoyed an excellent stay at this property. It was well stocked and in a great location; private enough to feel like a vacation but super close to any amenity you might need. We loved the washer and dryer off the primary bedroom as well as the basement entertainment space.

My family & I had a wonderful stay at this large, beautifully decorated . Lexington home. There was lots to do on the property from TV, bar, poker table on lower level, garage turned game room main level of house, to pool & hot tub on 6 acre lot. Additionally the place was close to everything. The owner, Dawn, could not have been more accommodating.Would recommend highly

Friends from out of town came into town to catch up and this house was perfect. Not only is the inside of the house beautiful, the outside is perfect for a pool day. We had a blast. Owner was super easy to communicate with as well!

We had a wonderful stay with family at this property. Every space was curated perfectly to connect with family and relax. We loved the games in the garage as well as the pool and outdoor fire spit. It's a wonderful house for a family visit, and its very convenient to Keeneland.

We had some guy friends get together here for horse racing, golf, and whiskey tasting- unfortunately weather was terrible so none of that happened BUT the house was a perfect place to spend time and spread out. Enjoyed the poker table space and bar a lot along with the great kitchen living space. Garage games room was used and everything worked providing fun while it was raining. Has all you need and the grocery store With restaurants is 6 minutes straight down rd. Highly recommend and the host was communicating with me daily for any questions. Will go back when the weather is better

Beautiful property and location. Had plenty of property with a lot of fun amenities and games at the house. Spacious rooms, TVs in every room, large kitchen, really cool downstairs bar and backyard, house was amazing. Super close to the city. Dawn was a pleasure to work with and was extremely responsive and on top of everything. Excellent stay, 10/10 would recommend and would book again! If you’re looking to stay near Lexington KY, this is where it’s at!

We had a wonderful, rejuvenating stay enjoying the luxurious home, comfortable furnishings, games, pool, hot tub, fire pit and more. Everything was in perfect order and Dawn was an easily accessible host for our few questions.

The house was great for our group of friends who get together annually. Plenty of room, beautiful accomodations, well stocked kitchen and lots of games, the pool, and entertainment to keep us occupied. Convenient to the city, airport, and lots of other activities.
