Spacious Retreat Near Back 40 • Family/Pet Friendly, Fenced Yard, Fire Pit, Deck

Our first experience with a VRBO home. We had 5 adults & we all loved it! It was very comfortable & the backyard view was Amazing! We would all go back to this location in a heartbeat!

Our host was very accommodating! We had asked him if he would leave up the Christmas decorations, a little longer as we were having a late Christmas with our grandchildren. The house was beautifully decorated, and we really appreciated that extra touch. There were all the things out for us to have s’mores and a wonderful ping-pong table as well! We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our visit!

The home was very welcoming, beautiful and spacious. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Randomly checking to see if there was anything we needed and to enjoy our stay. If ever in the area this is the place to stay. VERY BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN!!!

Great property a d communication!

The home was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed walking on the trails in the neighborhood! The location is very close to Bentonville so there are plenty of recreation and dining opportunities!

Great pet friendly property with a fenced in back yard in a quiet neighborhood. The host is also a great communicator and made sure we were happy with everything and responded promptly to any questions. It was perfect for our needs and we wil not hesitate to stay there again for our next trip to NW Arkansas.

We had a wonderful time at Velo Vista with our family. The house was clean and had everything to meet our needs. Our dogs especially loved the fenced backyard! The location was great and was in close proximity to many activities. Any questions or needs that we had were promptly answered. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next vacation!

We absolutely loved the house. It was clean and cozy and just right for our sister get away to hang out, cook together, watch shows, and totally relax. I'm ready to go back.

This is a great property with a fenced in backyard that backs to woods. We loved the layout of the home and the property manager was great! Would definitely stay again.

Large specious ranch. The yard is fenced in if you have a pet. The house has some wear and tear but mostly just cosmetic. The beds are comfortable but the laundry detergent wasn’t fragrance free so not good for allergies.

The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and close to great trails.

Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Great place to unwind and close to the necessities.

The access to the incredible mountain bike trails. This home provides is unmatched. Very Nice accommodations with a massive backyard for the doggos. Access to the back 40 within blocks

The home is beautiful and very clean! Beautifully decorated but still very toddler friendly, a huge bonus for us! Just a short drive to all the fun things we wanted to do. The host and property manager were both so kind, accommodating, and responded to messages quickly. Definitely recommend!
