    We really enjoyed our stay—the location was fantastic and very convenient to downtown and our favorite leaf peeping spots. We especially loved that each of us had our own bathroom. That said, the unit could definitely use some TLC. There are a few areas that need attention, as it felt like it was a bit worn and in need of some fixes. Overall, we had a good experience, but with a little extra care this place could be truly great.

    Great location and space! The condo was located on a quiet street near peak 9. We were able to walk to the lift with our ski gear or to dinner. The parking spot afforded us a place for our car if needed, but we could also walk and avoid parking in town. We loved the layout of the condo and comfortable tv room with fireplace. Some things could be updated, but overall very warm and comfortable.

    The location was great for access to the city transportation system and walking to Main Street. The unit however was in disrepair. Tiles at the front entry were cracking, door knobs loose, screen door not on their track, not enough lights and not working, no tub drain plug, curtain rod held tight with duct tape, the fireplace glass fogged over and what looked like ketchup baked onto the front glass. We enjoyed Breckenridge but this unit left us wanting especially for the amount paid.

    The property itself was comfortable and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was very cumbersome, however, and the directions provided by the property owners was not clear. They didn't provide directions for check-in until 3 hours after we were notified that we were able to access the unit. Communication came by email and text message, though both contained slightly different information. You had to access a not-so-straightforward website with a lot of information that was minimally helpful. Lastly, check out was unreasonably early and you have to go off site to complete check-in and -out. There's a dog in the office, though, who is very cute.

    We liked the townhome setup and a great location with a fantastic parking lot to fit bikes. Only a stones throw from the pool and FOUR jacuzzis of different water temps plus pool. Almost like a private hydro-therapy spa!!! Location to town and trails was a perfect combo. Property needs updating, especially the decor and wall hangings. The coffee was the worst part of the experience…it tasted older than both my kids combined. YUCK! Go to a coffee shop and buy a decent bag of ground coffee…or walk 1/4 mile to the gas station. Anything beats the old hotel pouch!!!
