•Guests are welcome to park up to one vehicle in the garage. The owner has their vehicle parked on the right side of the garage. Guests are welcome to park up to two regular-size vehicles along the side of the road, beyond the cross street. Please Do Not park any vehicles in front of the home along the sidewalk or your vehicle will be towed, as there is not enough room for vehicles to pass.
•Guests are welcome to utilize the garage remote located on the counter, please ensure the remote is returned upon your departure.
•No trailers UTV's or RV's allowed.
•As with most properties in the area, this home does not have air

Construction is underway next to the lower outdoor courtyard. The project is in the excavation phase and a completion date has not yet been determined.

ABOUT THE AREA
Nestled in the San Juan Gateway mountain range, Ouray offers year-round outdoor activities. In the spring, summer and fall months visitors enjoy riding UTV's, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions and fishing. The free summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park every Thursday evening in June and Hartwell Park in Ridgway every Thursday evening in July are not to be missed!

Cancellation Policy: A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking. This $300 deposit is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    The house was in a great location. The beds were decent (I’ve stayed in places with awful beds before). The layout was great for an extended family. They provided just about all of the paper goods/necessities which is also rare. Overall we were very happy.

    We have no complaints regarding the property and it fitted our needs very nicely! Our only comment would be aware of the parking guidelines as it is a private dirt road with neighbors further down the road and we unintentionally upset some of them. If any questions please contact the property manager for clarification on the parking.

    The house was clean and well stocked with all we needed for a long stay. Close to everything in town but it felt secluded to be quiet and restful. There are zero complaints about the property and the views are worth forgetting that a reality awaits back home. The memories will last far beyond the next visit when we come back and add to them!

    Overall a good stay in Ouray. The house was essentially as advertised and felt more like a home than some other rentals we’ve stayed at before which felt good. We had one less spot in the garage than advertised which isn’t the end of the world with street parking available, but could become an issue if you were planning on that spot and you end up needing to move cars on the street for snow removal. The property management company was great, very communicative and took care of some extremely icy steps (it is Ouray afterall) quickly after we requested it be addressed.

    If you are staying in the Ouray area, do not pass up this location. The home was in a beautiful location. The description of the property was accurate, the home was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The host contact was very accessible, friendly, and communicated expectations clearly. Plenty of space, comfortable, clean, the patios/balconies were really nice to have, and it had all of the furnishings you would want in a rental like this. We would absolutely stay here again!

    3 private bedrooms for adults with big beds etc, 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 in open area, 1 in a small bedroom. Pros - great outdoor hang out space w firepit, near everything in town, walkable, spacious, great big kitchen with many items / stocked vs bare. washer dryer, 1 bay of garage, good beds, TV, decent internet. Cons - tall climb to up stairs, parking on street seemed to displease neighbor, roads are dirt / muddy in rain. Limit of 3 couples then into bunk bed territory. Overall super well managed, great spot ;-)

    Home was perfect for our stay with family…kids and grandkids. Great place over the holiday weekend as well…nice and quiet location but close enough to town. Great accommodations and stocked full of everything we could have needed and more. We will be back
