Imagine having a leisurely day in the sunshine, sitting by the edge of your own private pool. Adorable fully-equipped house has endless opportunities for enjoying the beauty of the Sarasota area. Everything you want is within easy reach.

If you want to cook a meal for family, then the fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want to make your life easier, including cutlery/crockery, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and of course the all-important coffee-maker for those early wake-ups! Plus, you can take care of any of your laundry needs in the utility room, which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and a dedicated drying area.

No traditional Florida villa would be complete without a swimming pool, and you can take advantage of ours whenever you fancy a lazy day or a quick dip. The private pool is 32ft long, meaning you’ll have plenty of space to splash around in. Once you step out you can enjoy a light lunch on the lanai – which benefits from a dining table – or cook up a storm with friends on the nearby grill.

When it’s time to put your head down for the evening, we have a selection of cozy rooms to offer. The master bedroom features a welcoming king-sized bed, as well as a private en-suite bathroom to help you relax before you turn in. The serene second bedroom also has a king, and shares the main bathroom with another spacious king bedroom. Part of a larger party No problem – the 4th bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. All bath towels and bedding are provided, (with extras on-site), so you won’t need to worry about a thing once it’s time for sleep.
Parking is no issue either, as there is space for two cars on the driveway, as well as a further two in the double garage, which has both an electric external and secure internal door for easy access after a long day out.
