• No Events: Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted - Only guests included in your reservation.
• Pets: Dogs may be allowed with approval. Pet fees apply — please include your pet count at booking or inquiry.
• ❄️ Winter Tip: The home features tile flooring, which can be cold in winter months — we recommend bringing slippers or cozy indoor footwear.
• Owner Storage: Certain areas of the home are locked for personal storage.
• Respect for Your Stay: While this is a privately owned home, your privacy and comfort are always respected. On rare occasions, I or a member of my team may need to access the garage or a trailer on the property. Should this arise, you will always be contacted in advance to ensure minimal disruption to your stay.

Fireplace Notice
The fireplace is currently not in service due to a structural issue and is not available for use. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety.

Booking Policy
For reservations made through VRBO / HomeAway, booking and processing fees are non-refundable, in accordance with platform policies.
