Guest Access:

Smart Lock code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Three parking passes will be provided during your stay. If you will need additional passes for your vehicles, you will need to pay per pass and request all passes through the host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Sea Pines.



The Neighborhood:

Our pet-friendly home has a few house rules regarding pets: No pets on furniture, please clean up after your dog, and dogs must be on leash while on Palmetto Dunes property. Sweep up pet hair before departure.

Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own.

Your parking pass is required to gain entry to the neighborhood & must be displayed in your windshield at all times. 3 passes are included with your reservation.



Getting Around:

Beach Shuttle Service Begins March 21st

Beach shuttle service from Lot 8 (Located off Greenwood Drive near Willow Oak Road West) to The Sea Pines Beach Club will operate daily from 9 AM- 5 PM, weather permitting, during the below timeframes:

March 21 – April 12

April 20 – September 7

Beach Shuttle service will not be provided during the RBC Heritage Tournament (April 13-19)



The home is located in the beautiful Sea Pines Resort. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Sea Pines has miles of bike paths, sidewalks, and beach access! The Sea Pines Trolley is available to help you get around the resort. Schedules are posted and available online.

**PLEASE NOTE: Sea Pines Resort does not allow E-bikes!***



Other Things to Note:

Pool and spa heat can be added seasonally for an additional $110 per night for pool & spa or $30 per night for just the spa during your stay.



Pest Control

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

    Everything was very nice but we did have some problems with the hot tub not staying hot and also some lights kept turning on and off in the bedrooms. The master shower had issues with water as well.

    We had a group of 9 (7 adults, 2 kids) and this house fit us perfectly. It’s a great location, just a few minutes from Harbor Town, the beach, stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed to prepare most meals at home. We had a few hiccups with the hot tub when we arrived, but the issue was resolved after a day or so. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the clear communication from the rental company.

    My family spent the weekend in Hilton Head to attend a wedding of a close family friend. The home was perfect in every way as far as accommodations for my family. My only complaint was that the beds were very soft and we all thought they were uncomfortable. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach or Harbor town.

    The backyard pool was A+. Overall the property was better than its pictures. The mattress in the king bedroom not the primary needs replaced- it was like a hammock with two people in bed. Kitchen could be better stocked, the knives were dangerously dull. Loved the 8 seat table in the kitchen. Had to buy toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags, baggies. Appreciated wine/beer cooler. Although there are 3 renovated bathrooms- not ideal floor plan for privacy. Hangers were awful. Lots of different seating areas for a big family. Walkable to beach but not ideal for bringing all day beach stuff. Nice to have the automatic lock on front door. Back door needs to open smoother. Great outdoor furniture- durable, drys quick and looks/feels good. Thank you for sharing it with us it was a positive for our family vacation of 3 generations!

    The only good thing about the property is the proximity to golf and the beach. The home itself was a HUGE disappointment. The pictures do not accurately reflect the actual home. Spiders and bugs in every room. It appears they do not spray for pests. Most light switches don’t work, lighting throughout is depressingly dark. Master bath electrical wiring installed poorly, unable to dry your hair. Hot water takes 15 minutes to reach master bath, unable to use shower as plumbing installed poorly. Any renovations done, were done very cheaply and geared for quick rent. All three mattresses were worn and sunken in. The furniture in family room was icky to sit on. We paid an ungodly amount of money for what was barely tolerable. So disappointed that nothing lived up to description. Even the pool was dirty. The baggy of soap left at each sink was embarrassing. We will never rent from this management company again, Carolina coast vacations.

    A group of us were in town for a wedding and decided to stay at this wonderful property. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The spaces was large and clean, and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The pool was our favorite part about the stay. If we ever come back to HH I will definitely be checking to see if this property is available!
