Spacious pet friendly 4Br lake house with air conditioned game room

This house is beautiful. It was perfect for our family trip. The owner was extremely responsive also.

This was perfect for our family and grandkids! Excellent for littles!

We were two families with kids and teens who shared the space. Everyone enjoyed the property. The rooms were great, the game garage was the perfect add on for the kids and adults in the early mornings and evenings. The host was very fast to answer questions when we had some. We were about 5 mins by car from the main road. Overall we would recommend this property again.

We are from Montana and come to Havasu a lot. We had a really nice time and this house was great for our group.

TY for the use of your property. Very roomy and the beds were comfy. The kids had a blast with game room.

We had a really nice stay. Home is very well kept and very large. 3 of our group canceled at the last minute so the 5 of us had it to ourselves. Ours was more of a business trip than pleasure, but the VRBO home made it very pleasurable for us.

Over all the house was nice. Backyard was big but just consisted of a small patio area, gravel, weeds and 3 trees (2 of which were dead). 4th room is an add on with no functioning A/C. There was a mobile swamp cooler in there, but unless you get fresh air from outside it would just make it humid. Had to have a fan blowing air from the living through the door way into the bedroom to make it tolerable. It was 110-115* when we stayed there. Half the games in the game room didnt work as they should. Also no TVs or dressers in any of the rooms. Take care of those things and it would be a great place to stay.
