Spacious PCB Beach Home w/ Multiple Balconies, Pool & Sleeps 8

We had a great stay! The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The elevator was very nice for my mother who has mobility issues. Perfect location, just one block from a very quiet beach.

Fantastic location and great condo. We had 8 family members ranging from 15 to 82, and everyone settled in well. The elevator was a great asset, especially for family with mobility issues. The management company responded quickly and were very friendly with our questions. Publix is only a few minutes away, and so many activities within a short drive. Shell Island and Rosemary Beach are must see activities for everyone.We will definitely use this location and management company again in the future. Thank you for providing a great location for family to gather.

Overall, everything was really good. The only issues we had was the air conditioner did not work on the lower level until Monday and on the day before we left we discovered a pretty large cockroach in the downstairs bedroom.

We came for my daughter’s 25th bday and vacation. Professional and easy communication, clean house, easy access to beach, plenary of room! I would have loved the elevator, though. Haha

The location of this place was perfect. The walk to the beach was very very short, and access was very easy. A few check-in bumps got us off to a rocky start:1.) We had to do a physical check-in at their office that was a 30 minute drive (one way) from the condo. I've never had this with a short term rental.2.) The code for the gated community was not working. Thankfully, another person staying on the property let us through, but we had to call the property manager's emergency line (we couldn't get through for to the regular line) to get a new code sent to us. They were prompt in assistance.The property itself was very clean. Probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in, so I really appreciated that! Again, the location was perfect. Areas we were disappointed in: 1.) There was nowhere to sit outside together as a family. We ended up using some old scrap wood and saw horses in the garage to assemble a makeshift table in the garage. 2.) The kitchen is on the THIRD floor of the condo. There is an elevator, which helps, but grilling outside and eating in the garage was a chore. There is not much room in the kitchen, so this was our only option to eat together. 3.) The bedroom locations are not ideal if you have children along and need to use every bed. Thankfully we had walkie talkies along and actually utilized those to communicate, with our young kids two floors above us.Unfortunately, we won't stay again due to layout.

We came from Missouri and stayed for a week with 4 teens and 4 adults. The place was perfect for our group. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, including a new gas BBQ grill and a bunch of beach chairs, a wagon and even coolers. Our code that we were provided didn't originally didn't work, so I had to spend some time on the phone with the property manager, but we got it figure out pretty quickly and enjoyed the rest of our stay very much! We will definitely come back to this area and would stay at this exact place again!

Perfect location, plenty of room and walking distance to the beach!

The Kitchen Oven was not operable because the main oven door would not close and it was in that condition when we checked in and we gave immediate notice to the Host about it. Followed up with Host but no one ever came to fix it. So, not being able to cook any meals in the oven as we planned, we left after 4 nights instead of staying the 6 nights we booked. My guess is that the oven door was not fixable, and the owner decided not to replace the oven. Makes you wonder what would happen if the HVAC unit or some other major appliance stopped working. We were refunded 1 night's rent, but should have been 2 nights in my opinion as we left by 11:35am the 5th day.

This turned out to be a great stay. I didn’t realize at first that it was three floors and a loft but having an elevator available for my elderly parents saved the day! Loved having the beach cart and so many beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, etc) available to us during our stay.

The place was nice but roaches everywhere! We called as soon as we got there and was assured of a work order being placed but we never saw anyone for 7 days. We kept everything in the refrigerator.., otherwise roaches were all at any food left out!! The biggest one was in the bathroom! This place cost 3500.00 for 1 week stay… I expected better for this price.
