Spacious Parkview Home Near Denver w/ Game Room

The host was very attentive in addressing any difficulties or questions we had and the house is very spacious - all bedrooms were a good size and the house in general had a great layout.

This house was roomy, clean, and a great choice for our family vacation. Essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, dinnerware, etc were provided in better quantities than most rentals. Beds and linens were quite comfortable. The host Harry was very responsive and communication was good from before check-in, during the stay, and on day of checkout. The neighborhood was quite nice and we took several walks. So much to do in the Denver area and this home provided a good launching point. Overall an excellent rental property.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood very conveniently located. Property manager was easy to reach. The only problem we had was the uncleanliness. Dried contacts were on the master bathroom counter top. Boogers on the wall where they were in another post, still there for our visit. The house could use a serious deep clean.

Harry was very responsive. However, place not very clean. Hair in showers on arrival, crumbs in the couches, and boogers on the wall in the guest room downstairs. Robot vacuum would go off at 2/3 am for two nights until we just shut it off. Game room was nice. Felt it is overpriced for the rental.

Our family stayed her for college graduation. House was perfect for our large group. It was very spacious and has a nice kitchen. The game room downstairs had lots of games for us to play. House is in a great location.

This was by far the best rental we’ve ever booked. Very spacious house for a party of 10. The game room was a major hit!! Harry was a wonderful host! Great communication and provided early check in. We had no issues at the home. Quiet neighborhood! Easy check in process. Highly recommend.

This house was a great place for my family of 8 adults and a 1.5 year old. I was born and raised in Denver though had moved out of town a few years ago. This house is near my folks who still live here and it’s a nice, convenient area! We even took the light rail into downtown that’s only a 5 minute drive away. Quiet neighborhood and the small playground was a great bonus for my child. The house had plenty of room for everyone and toys and games for people to enjoy. We even made some home cooked meals since we were staying for a week. Very pleasant experience, the host was responsive and got us everything we needed for our toddler. Thanks again!

The house was more than efficient, clean, well stocked with extras we weren’t expecting, and anything we needed Harry the manager got to us immediately. All of the games and the basement were fun, additive pool table, ping-pong, table, foosball, Etc. I would recommend this house, completely to any type of group family or friends.

My siblings and I took my mom to CO to visit her brother that she hasn't seen in 16 years. The home was beautiful and spacious. The 9 of us 6 adults and 3 teenagers were very comfortable. The basement was spectacular and a wonderland for the teens with all of the games and activities. We enjoyed our time in Thornton. We would definitely stay here again!!

Really enjoyed the stay. This property fit our family perfectly. Only had one minor concern which was addressed by the property manager immediately. We had someone leave a clothing item behind, the property manager shipped the item to us at no charge.
