Spacious oceanside home w/elevator, private hot tub, grill-Dogs welcome

Very nice stay me and my family had a great time. First beach house I’ve ever booked and the experience was nice. Check in and check out went smooth, friendly neighborhood but not very much things to do around there. Most of the restaurants were closed and not many shops but other than that the house was great.

Everything was great but I suggest with such a big house you get a bigger TV

I recently stayed at this house in Salvo. The looked looked great when we first got there, but there were some quirks to it. The first thing that we noticed is, some of house did not looked clean. The carpets looked liked the were not vacuumed. No biggie until we tried to vacuum the rugs. The vacuum did not work, so that's why floors were not done. The next thing we notice was the ice maker in the kitchen. When I opened it it was filthy inside, It also did not work. The kitchen has a big hole in the one wall that was there when we arrived. The burner on the stovetop had a big crack. It did still work. We went to use the hot tub, but it had a leak. It was fixed by the end of the week, the day before we left. Do not take the mattress covers off. I will just leave that one alone. Even with all the quirks, we made the best of it. When I did get a hold of vacasa, they resonded as quick as the could. The house itself was nice and in a great location. I just believe with so many rental properties they some times get neglected which happens with big companies. This is not a complaint review. We did have a great time.

Great location that could fit my family of 10 2 dogs near the ocean! The elevator is a welcome addition for my elderly father. The kids loved the game room and the adults loved the hot tub. There was no need to fight bathrooms, since each room had its own plus the half bath. Would stay again!

We enjoyed the size of the home and convenience of the elevator. The kitchen is well stocked and the kids loved the game room. The ice maker does not work but with 2 refrigerators keeping bags of ice was no problem. We had a wonderful week.

The house was absolutely great, communication about kitchen utensils wrong house has everything you need for utensils was told they had none, other than that i would highly recommend this property.

Good location. Nice to have separate bathrooms. The reviews are correct.

This house would have been great if it had been cleaned properly and if the hot tub would have worked

When we first got to the house, nothing was cleaned, which was very frustrating after driving all day and waiting until the confirmed check in time of 5 PM. The cleaning staff did show up about an hour later, and I thought it was weird that they had their kids in the van in the high heat temps while they did the cleaning. It was also upsetting that the house was advertised to have a skeeball and foosball table, but the skeeball table was broken my son was very upset after a 12 hour drive to see that, and the foosball table was missing balls. Also noted some of the chairs that were out on the decks were broken so thankfully, we had thought ahead and brought our own chairs to sit in and the screen doors for the balconies did not stay on track so we couldn’t keep doors open if we wanted to. Everything else in the house was great, there was plenty of room. Everyone had their own bathrooms. I will give Eric from Vacasa a shout out. He was very helpful and a great asset to your team. We did leave the house cleaner then when we showed up.

Great family place to stay and great location. Fairly short walk to the beach, and ice cream shop around the corner!

Plenty of rooms and beds. Nice/large kitchen. Nice hot tub. Some things could be updated, but still a nice experience overall. The 1st and 2nd floors take a while to cool down on hot days.
