The home is lovely, just as described. The host was very responsive and gracious. And the location fit our needs perfectly.

The host was so gracious, informative, kind and thoughtful. The house was a beautiful home away from home. It was so spacious, the bathrooms had amenities, there were games, puzzles, books, a pool table and ping pong table and more. The kitchen had everything you needed and we cooked dinner almost every night of our stay. The weather wasn't stellar when we were there so we didn't get to enjoy all the great outdoor spaces the house had. but there was great patio furniture in all the spaces. The views were great and the location was in close proximity to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants and a great coffee shop. I spent a lot of time just sitting in front of the fireplace and my kids loved the huge TV in the pool room (and each bedroom had it's own too!). We had a cozy holiday stay as a family and it was a great getaway destination.

We immensely enjoyed celebrating a milestone birthday at this perfectly located and charming house in Bodega Bay. The kitchen was stocked with every imaginable convenience. The king beds were incredibly comfortable. We all enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. A perfect family gathering location!

Osprey Nest hits all the marks. Beautifully appointed, very clean, comfortable beds, tons of entertainment options, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. And the view is breathtaking! The owner was quick to respond to any questions and offered great recommendations for dining and area activities. Do not hesitate to rent this house - you won’t be disappointed!

Great house and great location. The house was perfect for my group of friends to relax for a long weekend. Plenty of comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked (including a second fridge). Incredible view and just a half mile walk down to the beach. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a box of delicious cookies from a local bakery. Great communication with the host.

Every summer our family of nine finds a gorgeous place to stay and enjoy California. This home in Bodega Bay was one of our favorites.

House was perfect for our needs … with 4 kids between the ages of 2.5 and 6.5. Appreciated the games, kid’s beds, hot tub, ping pong table, and the 5 big screen TVs!Kitchen, pantry and table were spacious and well stocked.Check in was easy! Minor inconveniences was no Kleenex and louvered doors on bedrooms made it a little noisier. Check out was very simple and straightforward!Overall, a lovely house that we would definitely return to.

We had a great time and the house is even better in person than in the pictures. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

We had the most wonderful stay at Osprey House. Not only was it well appointed, it was clean, spacious, light and bright, with lots of things to occupy all of our family. We enjoyed every moment we spent and hope to come back next year for another stay.

Absolutely fantastic family stay by the coast. The beds were comfortable, it was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we has all the amenities and activities to keep the whole family entertained and relaxed. Thank you for a really wonderful spot, we'll be back!

It was a beautiful home with a wonderful layout, fun activities and a great location.

Very user friendly.

Had a great time with our family. Living area is large and open and views are fantastic. Only challenge was that noise upstairs was easily heard downstairs. Two of the rooms had louver doors so sound came through. Had a great time playing ping pong and doing puzzles.

Amazing home with amazing hosts! We had a great stay in September for my Bday. Beautiful house, very clean, kitchen and pantry well equipped with all you need, can’t wait to stay again!

What a beautiful beach home for our family reunion! Plenty big for 10 adults, 1 kid, and 2 dogs. The most comfortable beds/bedding. Well stocked kitchen with the best butlers pantry and 2nd fridge. So many lovely touches and beautiful decor. And the views - amazing! Fun trail to the beach. Loved the cute courtyard out front as well, a lovely sunny spot to linger over coffee and a safe fenced outdoor space for the dogs. Such a nice and responsive host, I enjoyed messaging back & forth with Deb before our trip. 10/10 highly recommended! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family, we hope to return someday!

Beautiful home in a fantastic location. Accommodated 3 families with small children as well as our precious Corgi. All had a great time. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Fun games and activities for all. Perfect.
