Roomy and cozy. Would definitely recommend to any larger group traveling this way. The fireplace starter logs and bundle of wood we're a nice touch to get us started. We left some behind to pay it forward as well. Kitchen was will appointed and the furniture was comfortable. It's rare to find somebody splurge for cable television these days but these owners did and that was greatly appreciated so we didn't have to worry about logging into apps or using our subscription services. Would stay again!

Absolutely loved everything about this home. The decor was so carefully chosen. The rooms were comfortable and we were able to star gaze every night from the deck. It was located near so many restaurants too. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed this location for the 2nd year in a row. Wonderful place. Lots of stuff to do locally. We’ll be back again. Thank you

My only quibble is that it's very close to the highway. That made it tough to have the window open at night, because of the highway noise.

Reviewer Comments: Having owned a condo @Deer Park for nearly 20 years, we have been returning with our grandchildren annually the last few years for parents get to share with the next generation, the places and things that they got to visit and do when they were growing up.The Linwood area never disappoints. From there, there are hundreds of things or places to do or visit. Wonderful dining out options, as well as quiet family dinners at home.Deer Park has consistently maintained the complex in a manner that reflects a caring for the environment, as well as a user friendly attitude. From sitting around relaxing, to floating out to Shark Rock, or just tubing on the Pemi, not to mention the indoor pool complex. All add up to Toma great family vacation every time.

We were very close to good restaurants and very friendly people. We explored the White Mountains, the Winnipesaukee Lake, and the beautiful coastline along the Atlantic.
