Spacious Multi-Level Contemporary Home (1677)

Open plan with great lighting and absolutely fantastic views of the water. We were able to charge our plugin hybrid in the driveway at a very reasonable rate. Great stay.

We had a great time at this home. We had plenty of space as the kids all stayed in the downstairs together. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked (and well labeled!). We loved watching the tide come in and out from the porch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property was so convenient and the views were beautiful, especially the night sky. We were able to witness several meteors while enjoying cocktails on the deck. With that being said, the deck is in much need repair. It was not safe for my 3 year old granddaughter with it's rotting boards, rusty screws sticking up, as well as rusty nails sticking out from the siding of the house. I hope the owners put some some money into the deck to make this property a 5 star stay.

We felt at home right away in this house because the living room furniture was cozy and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Having beach chairs available to borrow was fantastic. The pictures do not do the exterior views justice, as you have a gorgeous view of the marsh and are a quick walk to Pleasant Point. The carpeted bedrooms smelled a bit musty on hot days when we closed the windows and used the AC. Some corners of the house are a bit crowded with personal items and/or a bit dusty - a little love could go a long way!

Any problems that crop up are quickly addressed. I will note that the trees at the edge of the road are gradually obscuring the view of the pond and that some thinning would be helpful.

Great house. A little farther from the marsh than it was described. But all in all good location

We have no other complaints but I think some fussier people might find the place could use a deep clean (blinds need dusting and carpet cleaned) and the deck and yard are defiantly in need of some maintaince. However these things did not take away from our stay. Loved it.
