Let this mountainside lodge be your Missoula basecamp, perfect for group getaways or a quiet retreat. A spacious, well-appointed kitchen, great room, sunroom, huge outdoor patio, and 6 private bedrooms make for comfortable gatherings. The lodge is situated on 10 acres - part pasture and part forested, in the outskirts of Missoula. Whether relaxing inside or out, you'll enjoy the 360 views of beautiful ponderosa pines and horse pastures. You can explore the property to your heart's desire, check out the Clark Fork River access a mile away, or be in town or the airport in less than 15 minutes. Upon arrival, you'll find easy access up the driveway and parking for half a dozen cars. Through the front door is a beautiful staircase and spacious entryway. Up the stairs, you're met with a large common space and big windows of the forested yard. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with a double bar, a 5-burner gas range, and a bonus oven. Dishes are easy with a speedy dishwasher, and there's a separate wet bar and 4 bar stools for entertaining. A half bath is directly off the kitchen for convenience. A gorgeous sunroom is also directly off the kitchen, featuring a breakfast table, seating area, and calming views of the countryside. Back inside, the Great Room features a large 8-seat dining table, big sectional couch around a cozy fireplace, and a TV with ROKU and wifi. Adjacent to the Great Room is a lovely library and game room. Down the hall are Bedrooms 1, (King) 2 (Queen), and 3 (Queen), and Bathroom #1 with a tub/shower combo and double sink. Heading down the back staircase, you'll find a cozy TV room equipped with seating and children's toys. Down here you'll also find the laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink, a private guest suite area with Bedroom #4 (Q), Bathroom #3 with a shower, a bonus room, and separate porch entrance. In the other wing of the basement, there are two adjacent Bedrooms 5 & 6 (each with queen beds), and large full Bathroom #4 with a tub/shower combo. Heading back toward the front entrance, you'll find a large tack room for coats, shoes, and storage. There's a door to the back patio - a memorable gathering space perfect for dining, grilling, and letting the kids and pets run around while enjoying the views. The home is pet friendly with fenced yards, and family friendly with games and toys. We also have a pack and play available upon request, and there are 2 baby gates available for safety on the stairs. There is an accessible entrance through the backyard - just ask your hosts for instructions if any guests have trouble with stairs.

    Wonderful home that feels like your outside of town, with great local coffee close by and into Missoula downtown in less than 20 minutes. Home worked great for multi-generations staying.
