HOUSE RULES
4 Cleland Close is located in a residential area, so although we encourage you to relax and enjoy your stay, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum in the evenings. Quiet hours from 10pm - 7am

Please utilise the garage for bikes and ski gear.

RUBBISH
There are two rubbish bins in the kitchen. Silver for general rubbish and Blue lid for recycling. If this fills up over the course of your stay, there are plastic rubbish bags under the sink.
All recycling and rubbish can be emptied into the large bins on the driveway at any time. These will be emptied on Mondays by council of which will put out for you, RED-rubbish, BLUE-glass, YELLOW-Plastic, cardboard, paper

TELEVISION
The television is a smart TV with amazon prime, Netflix, TVNZ and channel 3.
To access these, press the HOME button on the remote and you should be able to locate them on the toolbar. You must use your own logins for these apps.

COOKING
The electric stovetop is an induction touch screen hob. Please note the induction hobs only heat up when the pot is placed on top of the element.

WASHER/DRYER
3 steps to wash and dry your clothes
-press the POWER button on
-for washer, select WARM/COLD then press START
-for dryer, select the time you want and away you go!
Please note when you are using the washing machine, you must keep the sink next to it, unblocked as the water from the washing machine flows in to the sink.

DISHWASHER
Press `ON`, then programme 50minutes and press START. dishwashing tablets are under the sink.
