Spacious Modern Madeira Beach Home 4B - 2BA

We had an excellent stay here for our recent trip to Madeira beach. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of TVs and board games available on property. We also really appreciated the beach equipment that was available to borrow, like an umbrella, some chairs, and kids beach toys. Most of the cabinets and light switches in the house are labeled, which was very helpful, especially in the kitchen. The check in and check out protocols were also very easy. The only problem we experienced at all were some issues with deep cleaning, particularly with the pull out/sofa beds. There are cleaning products and a washer and dryer on property, and we didn’t really need to use the sofa beds for our stay, so it was a non issue for us. The host responded quickly to my messages, including a slight plumbing issue we had in one of the showers, which was fixed the next day by a handyman. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in Madeira beach.

This home was wonderful for our group of 7. It is beautifully decorated in beachy theme and super cozy. There were several very thoughtful and helpful small amenities. It was very spacious and allowed for our group to be together in the open areas and also separated off in one of the porches or expanded bedroom nooks for quiet alone time. The host checked in with us, was very accessible and helpful in need. The location was very convenient to Madiera Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking. We loved this rental and plan to be back!!

The first time i stayed at a vrbo property was not a good experience at all, this time made up for it. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is quite. The host responded to any messages very quickly. I love the little extras that were provided. We really enjoyed this stay.

Eight members of our family were in town for a retiremnet party and Sara's house was just what we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure and the property is well stocked for your stay. I would definitely recommend it for your stay

Easy process and nice clean property!

This was a perfect place for our family of 10 to stay over the Christmas holiday while visiting our 2 grandsons living in St. Petersburg. The house is in a quiet residential area, close to Wal-Mart, Publix, and several family activities, which we partook in. Amazingly, the wait time for all 10 of ten at the restaurants was never longer than it took to put tables together for our large group. This was possibly because everyone left this area for Christmas at home?? We were there Dec. 21 - 27, 2023.

This house is close to everything you need:grocery, restaurants, beaches and more. The home host Sara was amazing with communication. She was so gracious during our stay and responded immediately every time I had a question. We even met some of the neighbors and they were lovely as well. If I could give 10 stars I would!

We were in town on Easter weekend for a wedding. The house is clean, spacious with great AC and everything you could ever need! It's right by the beach, just a few minutes in a car. Sara was attentive, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with the entire time

It was so nice. It was clean, and accommodating. No complaints.
