Spacious Miami Retreat w/ Grill, Pool & Dock!

The house was very nice inside/outside. However, we booked thinking we would have a jacuzzi with the pool out back (just for looks). The master bedroom hot tub stopper does not work. One of the sink (knob) was lose and not properly operating, along with a few other small things. Overall I enjoyed my stay, host was very kind.i don’t like false advertisement, I just want what I paid for. Other than that it was a nice stay

Beautiful home. Need outside lighting fixed. Jacuzzi in photo but doesn’t work. Should share that in description. Need a book in the house to explain all operations. First night couldn’t adjust AC. Ended up being on the controller that said alarm.com.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. I would have scored it 5 stars but the pool was very dirty and green when we arrived. However, I contacted our host who had a cleaner out within a couple of hours and then it was fine.The location is great, just 20 minutes from the Airport! Easy to get around to many attractions, would stay again!

We loved the property. It was absolutely beautiful. The lake is larger than it looks full of wildlife. We only had two concerns that you may want to address. Both ensuite bathrooms do not have shades for the windows so when you walk in from a very dark bedroom you are blinded by the light. The glass door to the patio is extremely large and heavy. Both my girlfriend and I were at the mercy of our husbands to get it open for us. There is no grasping handle to pull it open or push it shut. After one day we were physically unable to open it easily and had to rely on our spouses. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. This was our first time traveling with evolve. I loved the quick response when I called having trouble getting into the home. I was immediately called back and able to access the home. Must say the customer service is great. We will not only be back to this property it is so beautiful but we will definitely be traveling with evolve in the future.

House just needed alittle bit of maintance like keeping pool clean. Dishwasher was not bolted in right. Needs more cooking stuff ! There was only 1 bowl in the whole house. Coffee maker didn’t work.No pool toys bought some cheap things. Mirrors had stains or big spots on the downstairs doesn’t affect the house! Great Location & Beautiful Home

The stay at this home was beyond relaxing.. the view was amazing and the house was spacious and comfortable. With access to the dock on the lake to sitting pool side by the fire pit. 10/10 I recommend.

Check in was easy, contact was very responsive and detailed. We had a great time

This house is big & beautiful. It was nice to have 3 1/2 bathrooms for 4 couples, but was lacking alot of things. For 8 adults we only had 6 plates,6 bowls, 4 cup coffee maker,no toaster,no serving bowls,no spices. No blow driers in the bathrooms & soap dispensers were empty. Some bathrooms had no light bulbs. Ceiling fan wasnt working in a bedroom. Beds were so low to the ground it was so hard for us senior citizens to get out of. Felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Wish the pool was heated. The guys had fun fishing on the dock.
