Stayed May 13, 2025Beautiful house with nice location. My family enjoyed the pool and fishing on the dock. Not being able to control the air conditioning will keep us from booking this property in the future.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025The host had some nice little touches welcoming us. However, even though thehouse has beautiful structure, but it hasn’t been kept up well. For example, we opened a closet door and the door fell off. They had an old dirty chair in the closet, and the wire shelves were greasy and dirty. All the guests complained about the dirty seats on the dining room chairs. The pool needed some attention, but the host responding immediately and it was taken care of 100%.

Stayed Apr 11, 2024Thank You So Much ! We had an awesome week at this property. The property is beautiful, quiet and spacious ( plenty of space for 7 people plus more) . The hostess was welcoming and very informative. Goodies were provided for us and all the other necessities. You came over to meet some of the family . You had a note book with things to do , places to eat as well as instructions as needed pertaining to the property. We appreciate the fact that you were available for any questions we needed answered to . Your communication is excellent. The property is decorated tasteful, well maintained and clean. The house was in the perfect location to view the rocket space launches from The Kennedy Space Center .We highly recommend this property for a vacation stay in Florida. We are looking forward to coming back again and will book this property again. Thank You Once Again For A GREAT STAY !

Stayed Mar 23, 2024In general, the house was very comfortable for our family of 9, size wise. There were a few things to note. The house needs a deep cleaning as closet shelves were very dirty and dusty and patio area needed some attention. We didn't use the pool as there was a pool vacuum in it all week and the pool was not very clean, which was disappointing. Also, the master bedroom had an attached area with 3 bunk beds, not truly 5 bedrooms, which was a little disappointing for the privacy issue. Master bath shower had a window facing the patio with no window covering so we had to prop a hand towel up on the window and secure it with shampoo bottles. For a house that sleeps 12 people, only having 2 full baths is not ideal. Kitchen was great, lots of space and adequately stocked with basic utensils and cookware. Overall, aside from those minor issues, we had a great week with family at the house and the property manager was very responsive and accommodating when we reached out to her.

Stayed Jul 18, 2023Place met our expectations for a family gathering. A couple of the negatives: pool vacuum was in pool the whole time and lights were not set properly making hard to swim at night. There were also some outlet covers missing in some of the bedrooms.
