Stayed May 22, 2024This house was perfect to accommodate my family for a wedding. The house is in downtown Loveland and was centrally located to nice restaurants and has a grocery store within walking distance. Everyone in our group was pleased with the house.

Stayed May 2, 2024I want to say this house is amazing and I would stay here again. I do want to point out a couple of things that I would have like to have known prior to my stay: 1. There is a shared space – it’s the laundry area where you enter the house but it is shared with other occupants. Along those lines the shared wall is with the primary bedroom / bathroom so you can hear others and they can hear you. 2. You will not have access to 4 bedrooms – unless you pay an extra premium per night. There is a keycode to get access to the fourth bedroom. 3. There are no main level bedrooms so if you have someone who is unable to maneuver stairs this may not be the best option for you. They have other options on the property that may have better access. Along those same lines the bunk beds are SUPER cool but very very high in the air so I’m not sure if this is the best option for young children. One is in the Primary bedroom – my teenage thought it was amazing. It should also be noted that the room with the other bunkbed – the stairs block access to getting into the bed from the side (the other side is against the wall) so you have to crawl in from the bottom. With that being said, this is a really great property lots of room to spread out – lots of entertainment (darts, games, large tv, outdoor space that is fenced in, very large kitchen). The owners are very responsive to any questions. The house is really great and in walking distance to downtown

Stayed Aug 15, 2023We were in town for only a few days with 5 adults and 5 children 7 and under. The house had more than ample room to accommodate us. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the little courtyard in the morning and evenings. Nicole and Jacob were great hosts and very responsive when I had questions. All in all a great stay!
